Walked in 30 minutes before they closed for the night but was greeted by extremely friendly wait staff and got our food very fast. And it is truly some of the best Chinese I've ever had. Was checked on by the server and by management which is nice considering so few places anymore actually put effort into caring about the customer's experience. Top notch service, top notch food. Will absolutely go back and recommend you giving them a try.Area of improvement: The dining room was very quiet, which can make for a somewhat awkward dining experience, sitting in silence. Music of some sort would have been nice.Great food, huge menu, fair prices, extremely pleasant staff. Check this place out.
Went here with a date. Their website said they closed at 10PM. When we got there we at 9:30 pm we were told they close at 9:30PM and to leave. Other staff said we would be served and we were. But staff constantly circled us, watching us eat, as we tried to enjoy our meal. Clearly, they wanted us out of there. In disgust we had our food packed up to go. Eating is no fun when surrounded by circling vultures.Food itself (I had sweet and sour chicken) was rather dried out and the egg roll was way too peppery. I was not impressed by the food or the circling vultures.
General tsos chicken and general tsos tofu ...Absolutely large pieces of chicken and tofu, like chicken fingers! Not crispy at all, in fact, the breading just came off into the sauce. It wasn't bad on flavor, just the texture wasn't the same as you might expect.One little paper takeout box for white rice for 2 people, which is a bit weird. One of us is vegetarian and the other is not, so having us eat out of the same box of rice is not cool. They didn't have dine-in so we had to get it to go, and they didn't include forks/chopsticks as standard practice so we had to go back in and ask for themSlightly weird.
First off rude people work there. The food was horrible. Seems Luke this place has gone down the tube. I do not recommended.
Ordered and they took 2.5 hours to complete the order then have full sized chicken breasts in the orange chicken and general tsos. Hair was in the lo mein. Lazy and poor work. Very very unhappy. Go literally anywhere else. Mall Chinese is better.
The food was gross again. Never again!!The empress chicken which is generally very light and soft with a very light breading…. Was like dark burned greasy and had what was like a piece of wood inside. Freezer burned and then fried to death. I thought it was a box of shells. It was beyond the worst food ever, $40 to s as lmist be sick!!! Go anywhere else, it used to be good!!!
Gross....Unorganized, over priced and greasy. the chicken tasted freezer burned with a big touch of very old grease. They didn't even drain the deep fried food, the bag the egg rolls were in drained into the box which drained onto my car floor. Egg rolls ewwww totally grease soaked tasting like that old freezer burned chicken. 40 bucks would have been more satisfying to flush
I had the sushi, gyoza & vegetable spring roll through doordash and it was so yummy. I’m definitely planning on coming here and eating like theres no tomorrow!
I usually love their food, my last experience wasn't a good one. My rice was over cooked and gummy ?
