I wanted pho so bad and didn't want to drive downtown so I googled best pho in Cleveland. Fusion Central popped up. So I went with my daughter. Let me say I will NEVER go anywhere else! My daughter ate her entire bowl and kept saying " this is the best soup '' ! Aside of the mouth watering pho I tried there tacos! My oh my! I felt like I made them! Amazing place and they have so much more to offer! I recommend Fusion Central to everyone!
I was very nervous to order because I had never been here, nor am I familiar with Asian cuisine. However the man who greeted me was very helpful and picked something off the menu for me to try. I have no idea what it is, but it is truly delicious. Very grateful for the kind service and amazing food! I live almost an hour away but I’ll definitely be coming back up here for this place!
Ordered just about one of everything for dinner last night and so glad we did. It was all really really good. I have never tried papaya salad, definitely will get that again. The Pho had so much flavor! Everything came with sauces and wrapped tightly. Will be back for more… like real soon!

Food is fresh, taste is blissful, and vibes are immaculate! I’ve tried almost everything so far at Fusion Central and I have not been disappointed yet. Come and give them a visit, you won’t regret it.
That is some good food, my dudes. If you pass it up, you're missing out. Delicious PHO noodles that touch the soul, heavenly ham fried rice, and wings from out of this world.
