About as close to authentic shawarma as one can get in Cleveland and Cleveland is a town with a lot of Middle Eastern restaurants. The sandwiches are big but are made with tortilla wraps. They have pita bread, you have to ask for it and that makes for a much better shawarma sandwich. Prices are high, despite the huge portions, for what is supposed to be affordable street food. The service is a little confusing but consistent with this type of restaurants.
Love their beef shawerma, it is very similar to Egyptian beef shawerma (the parsley taste).Chicken shawerma is a little too greasy for my taste but all my friends love it.Plates usually come with chili salsa and garlic sauce which is really good.Menu hack: If you get the double platter, you'll get two sandwiches with one serving of fries and sauces (which is honestly all what you need) for 19$ and that's a good meal for 2 people
Your quest for shawarma at Cleveland ends here.We get authentic shawarma. Clean and spacious inside. They have outdoor seating as well. Everything here tastes amazing. With the wide variety of dips and sauces and more than enough food the shawarma platters are perfect meal.The only thing is parking could be limited on weekends and holidays.
This is the only shawarma place that has the most authentic taste to actual shawarma. If you’ve tried real shawarma in the Middle East and couldn’t find any that match it’s taste and quality this the exact place you’d want to go. Best shawarma in town!!
My friend Ameer took me over here for lunch last two weeks ago and I have been meaning to post a review because this was an amazing place for lunch. He said that he went here ever since he was a kid and had the delight of seeing the restaurant grow and I can definitely see how. The Shawarma is not like anything I’ve had before, very flavorful and generous with the portions. The garlic sauce was absolutely incredible and I would definitely come back here for another round. Highly recommended, thank you again for the great experience!!
We love this place for its authentic shawarma. It’s been our go to dine-in lunch place for years now. Everything here tastes amazing. With the wide variety of dips and sauces and more than enough food the party platters are perfect for hosts who don’t wanna spend too much time cooking.
Wow, just…wow. Reviews here are generally great, and I can now see why. Friendly staff, good value, and exceptional flavor.I ordered the mix sandwich platter and kibbeh as an additional side. The fries were perfectly cromulent, the kibbeh was surprisingly tasty, and the meat was tender and delicious. I doubted I could eat it all, but it felt like a crime to leave any. If I’m ever in Cleveland again, I’ll absolutely go back.

Found by accident months ago. Made a revisit when back in the area. Authentic tasting and great counter help. French fries at least for me were great being dipped in garlic sauce !!
