I raved about the one time I went here to get a smoothie to my wife. So this morning she went to get us some and she says there were kids in there that didn’t make the smoothies right and also had bad attitudes. Why are these kids so angry these days.

I placed my order February 17th didn’t receive my order until March 24th and when I opened my package the product was room temperature. When I called about seeing when my order will be shipped the employees took my name and number on numerous occasions and the owner or manager never contacted me to apologize or even give me a date when my products will be delivered. The empolyee who answered the phone today was rude disrespectful all because I asked what is the stability life that the product can last outside of the refrigerator, she couldn’t even give me an answer I said i would like to talk to the manager and she said he was not in right now and she can take my name and number and have him contact me. I said when my order took a month to arrive and I was calling to speak with him he never returned my phone call I said I need to know because I have food poisoning and I wanted to no the information because it was not disclosed on the bottle she said there’s nothing she can do about it because she don’t know if it happened at her store and i said what am I supposed to do if I got food poisoning from the. Products and she said she don’t know sue him. I said so you telling me to sue your own management and company and she said she don’t know what else I want her to do or say I said wow and I try to support black own business but this is ridiculously ghetto

I've been purchasing sea moss from this location almost 2 years now. I love love love it..
My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered on September 25th. I received an email on September 26th saying my order shipped with no tracking information. I reached out via email on September 28th and 30th asking for tracking information. I then received another email on October 1st saying my order was shipped with a tracking number. The order stayed in pre-transit for another week. I sent several emails with no response. Finally received the order on October 12th in a banged up box with sticky juice bottles that were not labeled and soupy Sea moss. Called the company that day and left a message. Never received a call back. Total waste of money and horrible customer service experience. I threw the whole order away! Beware of these issues if you choose to deal with this company.
Staff is clueless about menu and professionalism, orders are consistently wrong, wait is long even when there’s no other customers, food isn’t worth it. I just gave them one last chance & will NEVER return.
