Ordered online, order came and only received 5 of 12 items. The owner of the restaurant was rude and argumentative when I called her. The delivery service and restaurant blamed each other for the error. The end result we did not get a redo, the owner of Falafel Café refused to correct the problem. Horrible customer service, will never order from this place again!!!!
So thrilled to find one of my very favorite haunts has not closed forever, but reopened around the corner in University Circle!! THE BEST Shawarma salad anywhere -- could eat it everyday ---and there were weeks when I did! Everything is fresh, seasoning on point, and all made by owner chef Mae, who makes you feel you've just come to her house for dinner. Very sad to learn of her Hani's death. The two of them made the Fallafel Cafe an institution in University Circle. Hani would be proud of you, Mae! PS Don't pass up their hummus and baklava! And we'll be back soon!!

Other than tough pita which was a disappointment, dinner there was very good. You can tell the food is made fresh and to order. Good spot for a quick lunch.
The food is lovely. It can be considered home made mediterranean food. I liked beef shawrama with rice and veggies.
The food tastes great here and the owner, she's wonderful! Highly recommended!
I had the falafel which was excellent. Basically no wait and the owner was very friendly and nice.
Excellent food, I had the gyro which had a crisp pita, juicy meat and delicious yogurt sauce. It is on par or better than many meals I’ve had in nyc. The owner prepared a keto friendly salad for my wife which was also perfect and my daughter has a vegan friendly wrap. She comes here all the time and thinks it’s the best middle eastern in the area.
Delicious salmon burger, pretty big too. I also really like their chicken schwarma and do recommend this place to friends :) it's a very homey vibe
I love this place!! Everything is freshly made. The homemade pies are fantastic. Everything is authentic and delicious.
