The first time we came to this place, it was AMAZING, food cooked to perfection the staff was super friendly, everything was perfect.The second time, the food was just okay and the waiter seemed to be annoyed that we were even there.I guess you have to pick the right day and time to visit, inorder to have a good experience.
Very tasty food and excellent service. They have a lot of vegetarian options right in the menu. Colorful interiors, caring staff and kid-friendly atmosphere are the top things I'll remember from here. We ordered the mandarin jarritos, some fresh Guacamole (toddler approved delicious) taco salad, veg fajitas and veg enchilada. The lunch portions are perfect and their in house salsa was the right amount of spicy.
I had the burrito degollado and I have to say it is the best burrito I have had in “clevland” area. I come from California where Mexican food is notorious in my region. The ambiance/decor is perfect for Mexican cuisine giving it more of a authentic setting. I also ordered the guacamole which I’ve tasted better in other restaurants but it was just too creamy for me like if they mixed sour cream to get more out of it. Overall, it did not disappoint and I will be coming back here when visiting clevland.
Excellent Food. Great Menu. Staff is extra friendly. Miguel exceeded my expectations. I would be upset if this restaurant went under. Us clevelanders need to keep this place going. Food came out fast. Margs are good. Pina colada was on point!!! The Staff is overall friendly. I like Cozumel and Don Ramon....but the Staff here made the experience memorable.....Bonus points for great Atmosphere.
I just love this place, food is delicious. The atmosphere is chill, family place. Very traditional and the music is perfect.
Super fast service! Great prices on their lunch menu. I love the overall look and feel of the restaurant. Our waitress was friendly, fast, and attentive. Highly recommend.
drinks were terrible. first ones we sent back tasted like they went bad in a pitcher over night then got margaritas and was all lema mix, girl doesn't know what she's doing or just pouring from pitchers....the 7.99 lunch special is smaller plate too. I still tipped 8.00 on 30.00 order but left margaritas on table too and she didn't even care. so I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.....sorry not sorry
We ate here last night and the guacamole was bland same with the cheese. The food was good but they don't give rice and beans as a side with the dinners except the combos and this is the only place I have ever been to that does this and the portions are very small. Service could have been a lil better but he was friendly.
Nice and clean location with a decent menu. Service was fast and friendly and the food overall was ok. I wouldn't give it a super high ranking with flavor or consistency, some of the items were clearly from GFS or Sysco right out of the can and were somewhat bland. But- given the current level of staff available to all businesses due to Covid and what it takes to properly prepare food items to have that "From Scratch" taste it was not horrible. I would definitely return here and think it's a good restaurant overall.
It's great. Good portions it comes out lighting fast and they do ya right. Ask for their house hot sauce for your meal too, it's got the right amount of kick but a good flavor too!
