I absolutely love this dunkin. Workers are always friendly and nice. Definitely my go to stop on my way to work
Love the coffee..i love that avocado toast,but they put way to much on so I either order it light or just scrape it off.Staff is nice and accommodating,I went through drive thru and they are on it..so no waiting a million years to get thru the line..and the coffee was perfect? their hash round things arent very good though,they arent crunchy at all,in fact they are soggy..wont get those again..Enjoy your Dunkin creations..?
Person talking order at the drive thru was very rude also the cashier in front was rude as well I think it was the same person need new workers that more friendly they all seems to have an attitude in the morning maybe they need to work the afternoon noon shift waiting on my order both girls not doing they job just talking
Dunkin generally has my favorite frozen mocha coffee out of all places that offer it. However, I was severely disappointed this last time. The coffee was more of an iced coffee, and the donuts I got were slightly stale, which is weird considering they are busy on Sundays.
The staff is friendly and welcoming it has been my goto place in the morning, even though I have coffee at home
The young man who helped me was deliberately slow as I watched him deal with every drive thru customer....I needed 4 dz doughnuts it took 30 minutes to box up 48 doughnuts...finally a young lady finished the order but again the young boy took his time bagging up the order and rolled his eyes at me afterwards
I go every day at lunch…so 5 days a week. I order the same thing every single time. Some how it’s always wrong. Half the time it’s not even right. So I finally started speaking up because I spend anywhere from $10.00 to $20.00 a day there. Then the girl wants to get mad and be rude because I tell her it’s wrong. She “remade” it and guess what? Still wrong. I’m sorry a frozen coffee should not be white. I taste it and it taste like milk. Although I guess it’s better then last time because that was just syrup and I had to throw it away. Even other workers have told her it’s wrong.
Terrible quality control and customer service. I go through the drive though almost every other day before work and order an iced matcha latte and without fail every single time I get a macchiato and an attitude from the lady in the window proclaiming I ordered a macchiato when I clearly said matcha. Matcha is not short for macchiato sweety. I get the same drink and everytime it’s a different drink or it’s hot. Last week I ordered it I got charged for a macchiato and the girl in the window tried to charge me AGAIN for the matcha latte. Today was the last straw for me. I was in the drive through and no one on the speaker said anything for a few minutes no “I’ll be right with you” literally crickets so I pull up thinking I can just order through the window and I pull up and explain to them no one spoke to me through the speaker and I hear an older Black woman say with an attitude “well she just gonna have to go back around or come inside” if I had time to do all that then I would have but now I’m over it I won’t be coming back tired of getting attitudes whenever they mess up MY order. How you getting mad you can’t get the drinks right make it make sense. I’m honestly a tad hurt bc I’ve never been rude to any one working there but to receive rudeness everytime they mess up my order is insane considering I’ve shown patience each time on my end. Please do better.
I feel so disrespected and I believe they did something to my drink they gave me… I ask for a hot lg chai latte and when I got the window it was cold .. and the young lady that was making my drink came to the window and said no she’s not remaking it because they got other customers to take care of real nasty… The workers here need better customer service training
Ordered 2 large karmel krazy an 1 small the large was suppose to be hot an wasn't. more cream than drink an small was iced they take order's correctly then take 15-20 min to give wrong order .
