Drive thru is fast so don't be worried when you see a long line. Good service too.
What the heck!They messed up our order .We ask them one thing and they end up giving this(pic attached)such a irresponsible person .. one of the donut is half . We ask them black coffee they gave us black tea .. we ask them for 1 medium matcha latte but they gave half of glass. I like Dunkin’ Donuts but not at this location. I used to go several times at this location and suddenly they change the owners or employees therefore everything is being messed up .

Today i went to Dunkin at Cam’s Corner Lorain Road with my son and i received great customer service drive thru purchase. Thank you to the gentleman that took my order you got everything right and to the team members that put my order together not always a great experience at this place but today you guy’s did and i want to thank you for it❤️
I forgot my wallet this morning and the employees were super busy… the woman at the window (I didn’t catch her name.. short blonde hair) was sooo incredibly patient with me as We tried to figure out my DD App & Apple Pay. Thank you for your kindness!
So disappointed! How could your donuts be stale after an hour of being open? That's twice this month I got stale donuts! I know a lot of restaurants around here that don't care about quality of food anymore. Now I can add you guys to the list!
I understand inflation, but when you are paying almost 3 dollars for a large coffee, I expect it to be flavorful and not taste like just water. #noonecares

Haven’t been to this location in a while. Something must have happened, possibly new owners/employees? The coffee was flavorless even though I ordered with caramel and mocha. Tasted water down with zero flavor. Do not plan on going again.
