The guy at the counter was very friendly and offer great customer service but for the price point and the wait, I was really let down. The Mac n cheese was cold and very dry. The fries were soggy. And the loaded weren't really loaded with anything other than ranch. Definitely not worth the 40 spent.
Stopped in today for the first time and ordered the loaded smashed potatoes with chicken and shrimp. From the photos I saw here online it looks like they used to be a lot more loaded than what I received. For $20 mine had a lot of potatoes but a relatively small amount of chicken and a really small portion of shrimp, so that was disappointing. However, the dinner did taste good and was pretty flavorful, so I will give this place another chance.
This was the worst loaded baked potato I’ve ever had. The shrimp was so small I couldn’t find them and the steak was steak’em out the red box, the potato was plain and dry and way to much butter. I bought two so that’s 40$ wasted. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog. Not happy at all, now I have to go buy me something else to eat. Let me get off this west side!!!!
Tonight I attended a surprise birthday party for my MIL at Dreamz Cafe. The staff and food was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They made us all feel special. The food nothing less than amazing. I had a fried perch dinner with macaroni and cheese, yams and a side salad. The portions were plentiful. I have no complaints. Thank You to the entire staff. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
I Had Dreamz Cafe For The First Time A Couple Days And I Was Very Satisfied!! I Ordered Snack Pack & Baked Beans Both We’re Outstanding!!! The Chicken Was Seasoned And Cooked Well & The Baked Beans Was Made As If My grandmother Made Them.
Chicken wrap was the best I’ve tasted. I live about 15 minutes away and my food was still smoking hot when I got home. So much to choose from the menu it was a hard decision but the staff at the front gave me some decisions and told me about the menu and her favorites I went with the chicken wrap and I highly recommend it.
Everything was amazing! I had 2orders of lamb chops dinners, salmon bites, chicken and shrimp potato, wing dinner and smothered pork chop dinner, Everything was awesome. Definitely will be back soon for more!

Me and my girl came from Lorain and unexpectedly ran across dreamz cafe definitely good people and great vibe the owner came out talked to us and had a few laughs and insured us the food is going to be great and I have to say the food did not disappoint I got the lamb chops and the glaze on them thangs was succulent? 5 star experience and eats for us will be back#blackowned
Let me start by saying the food is absolutely delicious…. If you eat in! If you order take out, examine your order thoroughly before leaving. That’s been my problem twice now. First time I picked up the order. I ordered the dreams burger, polish boy and Mac n cheese. While everything tasted good, the dream burger was missing the second meat patty as well as the onion and green pepper.Second time I tried this place I ordered off DoorDash. Once again, one patty on the dream burger and no veggie toppings. If this is how the burger is supposed to be prepared then they need to update the description on the menu. Hopefully everything will be prepared properly!All in all, the food is very good, seasoned properly and always tastes fresh. It’s the attention to details that can really ruin the experience. I was hoping this would change with the new management. I would have given 5 stars if the food was prepared as described especially with the amount of money I’m paying for the meal. I hope you guys get better. I’ll be back one more time to give you one last try since I really do love the flavoring of the food.
