Don's Lighthouse is a dining icon in the Cleveland area. The food, service and ambiance were all first rate. We'll be back!
We sat in main dining room and had great service and food was exceptional. Our server even gave us a free piece of cheesecake as we were celebrating my sisterâs birthday-big enough for 3 people to share. FYI-Dining room does not serve full menu. You have to sit in lounge area for burgers etc.
The food at Don's Lighthouse is amazing. The cooks always rise to the challenge to ensure that customers have the best experience. Still waiting on that magical server experience.
As always the food and drink were top notch. Our server was just right attentive wise, all aspects of the service were excellent. We sometimes enjoy the bar area but may opt for the dining room next time. When the bar is at or near capacity it has a good vibe and you can feel the right kind of isolation, but when it has light attendance and you can hear every conversation and very boisterous bartender it can be obnoxious but again this was our choice today.

Food was excellent and a great value! Our server showed the exact amount of attentiveness. She was helpful with beer samples and wine knowledge. I would recommend Don's to anyone!

It was our 43rd Anniversary and I had noted that in the reservation. However it was not recognized by hostess or waitress! Had a crab cake appetizer which was great, and dinners of cod and walleye. Both prepared perfectly. Service was very good although I was drinking water and it wasnât refilled as often as needed!
