I love the food! I love the drinks! There is outdoor dining, bar and private dining and great for a family dinner too. I have been celebrating my birthday dinners there for 3 years and the staff is always kind, friendly and fun. Thank you! They did an excellent job in keeping all the great ambience even through the pandemic despite the changes they made. It is much appreciated! Thank you for singing to me and being a great place to eat! It feels like family
A great Mexican restaurant in Cleveland! And the Richmond location has a very personal feel. Wonderful, authentic food, very personal service, and a variety of dishes you won't find on most menus.Even though this is part of a chain, the staff at this restaurant run this like it's their only concern. They understand Mexican food, and the flavors and ingredients are done right. And, each time I've been there after my first visit, I get a personal greeting and quick and familiar service. Of course the Margaritas are good, but the selection of burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, rellenos are delicious.And if you want it spicier, ask for the spicy salsa with the regular! Can't recommend this place more highly!
I’ve never had food so good in my life!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was absolutely fabulous! I really enjoyed myself. The host and servers were all really nice. Very accommodating and sweet. They didn’t rush me because I was still at my table after completing my meal; the margarita had me stuck to my seat??? I wish I could give them 100 stars! Definitely a new customer for life
Excellent food! Excellent service by Pedro. Food was hot and delivered quickly to our table. My husband and I shared a meal - we asked for a 2nd plate so we could split - the kitchen presented us with the meal already split and presented wonderfully on each plate! We will return when in the area next time
Every time I have eaten at Don Ramon Mexican Restaurant, the experience has been fantastic! The food comes out quickly, piping hot and amazing portion sizes. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Have been here many times for takeout orders on weekend nights. Fresh and tasty. Price is also nice. Never a long wait time. Excellent!
Very authentic tasting. Large portions of food. The seafood soup was full of flavor, it came out piping hot, hearty, but not overly thick and could be had any season of the year. Food offerings for any palette and finicky eater. Definitely will return
I went by right when they were about to close and the manager on site told the kitchen to hold for my order. Everyone was kind and courteous and patient. Most of all the food the excellent. First time there and definitely will be returning

Finally decided to try them out. Place was pretty busy for lunch. Pretty nice lunch menu and lunch margaritas to go with to go orders only! The food was tasty, the basic Mexican cuisine. Ive tried the speedy Gonzalez, the Ranchero soup and the taco chicken salad so far and I had no complaints. There salsa is good too! ?? great spot for a quick lil lunch. You can dine in and they have little patio if you want some air.
