I got home and my pizza was burnt. Extra crispy. I could only eat a couple slices. Rare experience for this restaurant. It's usually good.
I love the pizza ... But they never fully add coupons as stated online, you always end up paying more or regular price.
Please teach the person running the place to stop blowing her vape smoke directly onto the food. Also teach her what a well done pizza is. Absolutely pathetic

Orders two pizzas May 1st 2022. One of my pizzas tasted like perfume and soap. We called the restaurant to express what we have encountered and was told it was the oregano seasoning… but both pizzas had same crust… I also get the same crust every time I order from here. I have never had oregano taste “soapy” from this place before. The other pizza was good and so were the wings though they could have used more sauce. I’m just upset they didn’t try to correct the problem and blamed it on oregano…
I've been ordering dominos for 6 yrs + and I've never been treaded this way. The manager at the store on lorain ave failed to inform me about the chicken wings situation so on After agreeing with receiving 2 pizzas and 4 drinks .The delivery person didn't call, knocked very faintly and left the pizza on the cold ground.so i go out, i look up he's in the car. i say where's the other pizza. He says i don't know brings me the 4 drinks. I ask how much is it for this and he wanted to charge me for 1 pizza 2 orders of wings 4 drinks. i said im not paying that and told me he was going to tell the manager to block me from getting deliveries and now i have this pizza that i'm afraid to eat because idk if they did anything to it out of spite specially after the conversation i had with the lady on the phone to fix the order please help me resolve the issue
The pizza was cool, I ordered cheesybread but they gave me the one with spinach in it.

Close down! I didn't get what I ordered. They left it by my garbage instead of where I gave instructions for it to be left. And when I called about my missing order, after more than an hour they still didn't replace it. I'll never order from Dominos again.
Love this place I went to work there so I could get a employee discount!
