First time eating here. Solid experience. The sub I had was the tuna with veggies added and that had to be the best sub I've had in ages! Made with care and definitely was not skimped on the toppings.The employees were friendly and answered the questions I initially had without any hesitation.I also got the oatmeal raisin cookie with my meal and again, so good! And the cookie was also so soft. I'll definitely be back for more in the future!Edit:Came back again. Still amazing. Staff is still friendly. Cookies are still to die for.
We used curbside pickup and it worked great. Called in and waited all of about two minutes. The sandwiches were awesome. Turkey was perfect and the roast beef with pepper jack cheese and extra horseradish was phenomenal.
I go here all the time to get sub trays for work events. On a number of occasion I’ve ordered “emergency last minute trays”. The squad here gets it done every time and has literally saved me more times than I’d like to admit. I would give the team here ten stars if I could quite frankly.
EXCELLENT bread! Worth trying just for the bread. The cheese steak was great and service was too. A little over $8 for a small sub (more generously sized than small implies)- worth it for the quality.
Ordered the cheesesteak with provolone, peppers, onions and mushrooms. It was hot and delicious and they don't skimp on the meat like subway does!! My favorite sub shop!!
Stopped in, took a number, didn't have to wait to order. Young lady was nice, pleasant and professional. My order was ready within 10 minutes.
Management is top notch. I ordered a Buffalo sandwich that my wife didn't like, in a blink the manager in charge offered to replace it with another sub of our choice. Highly recommended based on customer service & food quality.
Ordered several trays of subs to feed a hungry high school swim team over winter break. The food was great but the service was even better. Top notch outfit. Everything was flawless. By comparison, twice, I tried to order subs from two different locations of a competitor (I won't name them, but I'm sure you've seen their green and yellow colors and maybe seen their Refresh commercials on TV). All those orders were cancelled. 4 orders, all total. All cancelled. DiBella's was the exact opposite. You can believe all my future subs will be from DiBellas and not that other place... !
Unhappy with our order. My cheese steak with American cheese was dry no! American cheese. The chicken Philly also was dry barely any cheese. Slow service even though we were the only people in there. Maybe if they weren't dancing in the prep room. Please correct this I ❤ you sandwiches but can't continue to pay $25 for food not prepared correctly.
Not what it once was. I was the only person, only sandwich on the grill and they messed it up. The taste is different and the price has risen a lot. Will not be returning.
