Ordered online to wait almost a hour. Didn’t get milkshake because they couldn’t make strawberry. Cool decided I would just make it easy and get a coke instead. Get back with my food it’s all cold and looks like a 5 year old made it. Burger was not right only had the onions and a heaping amount of bbq on it. Told the guy I just wanted my money back and he says “I can’t because it’s a online order and I don’t have the power to refund you and to come back in the morning.” As he checks my burger with his uncovered hands that he was just counting down his drawer with he tries to show me it’s correct. So what am I supposed to take the food you just touched with your nasty hands back and eat it? I’m staying at the hotel next door on a flight layover so not able to go back to get my money. I would never recommend this place. Avoid it at all cost.
This Denny's location is extremely understaffed. It took 30 minutes for someone to even come to our table in order to get our drink order in. The woman that appeared to be management seemed very angry in general toward all customers. The waitress and the gentlemen that brought us our drinks were very friendly and kind however and when we did finally get our food, it was delicious. The restaurant was not very busy when we attended. The issue seems to be primarily management and their lack of hiring employees.
l love Denny's. Whenever I'm traveling l look for one. The food has always been fantastic. The only problem that I've experienced is during the pandemic times the waits was longer and the help was few. That big company could've did better. The employees that worked was truly over worked a d should've gotten extra pay...
I want to give a big shout out to our waiter, Seth. From the moment we walked in the door he was friendly and took care of us immediately. I’m pretty sure he was waiting on about 6 other tables at the same time, while he greeted customers walking in, and made his rounds checking up on his customers. We had a group of five people, but everyone arrived separately and he made sure to take all of our drink orders as we sat down. We didn’t have to wait longer than two minutes whenever we needed something. He was very attentive, had a great memory, was enthusiastic, and really surprised me. He made conversation with all his tables, and found common ground to talk about. I’ve never had a waiter this good. He deserves to be recognized, he seemed to be the only person working at times. We’re from WI, we dined in OH, thanks for making it a great experience.
Rude, insulting, absolutely horrible service. I had coupon codes for three costumers, and she refused to serve me the pancakes, she said 1 coupon per costumer. I understand that and told her that I can bring my wife and kid and everyone can make a separate order. She said that is a con and that she understands my type of people. What to make of that ?What an absolute horrible person. She could have just refused to serve and apologized due to the rule of the company. But she chose to be rude.
This place is filthy,I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until today.I ordered burgers and they were not cooked and the manager says per Denny's policy they are only to be cooked 3 minutes per side , the burgers were slimy and very pink. Do not recommend this place off of West 150th st. That's a shame because they lost some good loyal customers.
AVOID this Denny's!!!! We left without eating after waiting for one hour and not getting our food. This Denny's cannot serve their customers due to staff shortage.
It's a pretty bad place. Super long wait with no one there. But worse than that, my order was wrong and incomplete. My omelet was ordered with no tomatoes. it had a ton of tomatoes in it. I was charged for the side which it came with (the server fixed after I pointed that out). The toast it comes with literally was never brought. The waitress said a cook quit, there was no one to bus tables, and she was the only waitress there. I have a feeling this Dennys location will be going out of business soon.On another note. The outside front entrance literally smells like sewage.
Idk what happened but this USED to b the best dennys in the city..the prices for the small portions ad on's is insane $4 for 2 tiny pieces of prime rib in a cob salad ..tried to seat me at a table that had not been wiped down... as she seated us at a table that was cleaned started looking around and sheesh could that place use a deep clean. Will say the waitress we got did go above and beyond
The food is only decent but the people are awesome. ?? I had a conversation with them and they just seem like good people therefore I recommend eating here. But honestly don’t go there for the food because honestly it’s only decent.
