From az stopped in because it was close to the hotel and got the crazy dave.. it was so good and the cookie was even better. Customer service was top notch would definitely come back if i was ever in town

Hidden away in Chagrin Falls, You guys have to check this place out!! Subs are amazing!! Plus you get a little bit of Rock Nostalgia while you're there. Very friendly staff and owner!! Oh and Don't forget to meet the guy that had almost everything on the menu except one!!.
I came here with family after unsuccessfully trying to find another restaurant in the area and our experience was just okay. I ordered the original sub and it felt small to be in terms of portion size. Also, I didn't love the flavor of the pickles, which I know doesn't seem like a big deal, but I'm a huge pickle person. Our cashier was friendly enough, but the fountain drink machine was down, so we had limited choices for drinks. There was also very limited space for seating and it wasn't the cleanest. I probably wouldn't visit this type of chain again.
We split a crazy Dave with Swiss and hot peppers on the side. Sandwich was very good. Service was pretty slow. It was a bit overpriced but probably because it was at the zoo?
