Me and my family placed an order yesterday 7/25/22. The total amount of the order was 31.35 and the ticket number 94. Was told 25-30 minutes. Sat in the parking lot to wait. Heard the cashier come outside and tell someone the cook pulled their ticket therefore that guy got his food first. Went in to get food and then was told 15-30 more minutes. When I was told 15-30 more minutes, every order sitting on the counter came after we placed ours...tickets 96 97 98 101. Requested order be canceled the cashier didn't apologize or seem to even care. She just voided the transaction in silence and handed me the receipt.
Lived down the street from them. Honestly the BEST salads and clubs you can get in this area! Really fresh, generous portions. Never had a bad experience. Honestly can’t believe anyone would have a bad experience with this place. In my 12 years of ordering from them I’ve always been satisfied and impressed.
Horrible Customer service skills the white woman on the phone is very disrespectful I told I was missing my order what it is she trying to argue like I got everything when I kept telling her I’m missing some of my order she didnt listen to what I have to say But it’s OK my bank I’ll take care of it!! never again…
Small place with good food, call ahead if you can but i did not mind the wait and the food was bought to me while i waited in the car.
Never Will Order from there Again! Food was disquieting! Turkey Club sandwich had one piece of bacon!Wing Dings are too Big! Way too big! And the Steak Phillies were Burnt! And the Cornbeef was chewy! Never Again!

Years ago I used to eat here a lot. More recently food was extra salty but when we returned it they were very helpful and refunded it. Hopefully it was a one off. May give them another chance
Dales Deli used to be excellent. As of May 22, 2022 the food was horrible. Had purchased chicken finger & fries. Chicken was rubbery & fries soft & soggy. Threw dinner out. Staff looked unkept.
Had to run to drug mart was looking for food so decided to try this little spot got the chicken Philly and hands down best chicken Philly I've had piled high with chix and veggies will be back
Just found out about this place, it was so good I had to come back the next day for more. Fresh food that taste absolutely amazing.
