Staff was rude when calling to inquire about order, but I guess I'm not surprised considering your responses to previous reviews.However, the pulled pork sandwich was good. Mac and cheese was nothing special. It tastes like stouffers which I'm assuming that's where you bought it from. I would not order from here again.
Some of the worst food we've ever had. Chicken tenders were burnt. The nachos were just thrown together. The cheese was gross. While we were eating, they started to clean up and was sweeping under our feet, trying to rush us out. It was only 10:00. I've had other bad experiences there. Rude barmaids and a very rude owner. We will never step foot in there again!
It saddens me to write this. I have supported and campaigned for this establishment for the past 9 years and really had no problem until yesterday. While visiting the Old Brooklyn cleats yesterday, my sister and I went in and chose a table close to the bar. Unfortunately, I’m unable to sit at the bar on the high seats due to a disability..so, we sat there for sometime and no one came by or even acknowledged our presence. After at least 10minutes, my sister got up to grab a couple menus and as she was doing so, a woman drill sergeant comes to the end of bar where we were sitting and very rudely said “just bar today, no tables, you’ll have to come up here and is waving us up to the bar as if we were children being reprimanded.Needless to say, we did not stay and will never set foot in that establishment again. In addition, I will detour anyone I know of blessing that place with their presence. After all, they certainly don’t need the money if that’s the way they treat their customers and their handicapped/disabled customers. I wonder if the media outlets would be interested in this behavior?
The service was great. They aren't really expensive and have awsome during the week deals. And all their food is amazing!!!
Excellent menu options. Large portions at great prices. Plenty of room/seating. Food was quick to the table, fresh and hot. Great pick.
Every time I come to visit family in CLE, I make sure to stop by my favorite eatery in CLE. Food, service and of course the wings are excellent. Thank you for making Cleats my fav when I visit.
super friendly staff I'm not much of a drinker so the bartender made my drink perfect so I could still enjoy it their burgers are my favorite
Used to go there for meals with the family. Tried to go today for Football game and was told it is now 21 and over. Could not stay and eat with my teenage son. Bartender who told us to leave was very rude.
I had the crispy chicken club sandwich with a side of hot garlic! It was delicious ? I got it through DoorDash and the service from preparation to delivery was quick! Can’t wait to try more menu items!
