We arrived very hungry around 4:00 PM. Food was not fresh, you can tell whatever was available was left over from the lunch menu. Case in point: the soggy spring rolls.On the plus side, portions were generous, and service was pleasant and speedy. Restrooms could use some tidying.
One word: JUMBO!!! This place has huge shaved iced- and it is DELICIOUS! I got the mango shaved ice, it was perfectly creamy and sweet (along with the fruit to pair with). They give you a cute to-go carrier for it: which is cute and convenient . Very underrated for dessert compared to other Asian bakeries that give you very little shaved ice10/10 recommend getting the mango shaved ice (they have other flavors but I think mango is best)
Given the business of this location and the small and intimate staff, this Americanized Chinese food was Just Fine by me. Prices are very fair. The staff was impressively fast multitasking online orders, walk in orders and cooking/ cashiering all at once.Quick and Concise service.I got some of the make your own 4 entrees from the bar and they were a little cold but they were about to close so I wouldn’t expect them to have full buffet options.They made my wonton soup to order and it was really good.The food when I got home was just great for what it is.Would go back in the right mood anytime.Recommend if you need some fast Americanized Chinese in the area.My plate is empty.
WORST customer service I’ve experienced. Anudeep was on register and he wouldn’t listen to anything I told him. Was really rude and snotty with me and just seemed annoyed that he even had to ring me out but was nice to everyone else’s that ordered. I feel like my dark skin offended him. Or maybe I was just interrupting his personal phone call. Otherwise food dry
Had family in the nearby hospital so I came here to eat. Coming in I spoke to this guy who gave this awful look and never spoke. I asked the man at the register if they offered vegetarian choices he quickly said no. I got the veggie rice as I’m leaving the man that gave me the awful look was now walking to the register he gave me the look again and said something in I guess his native language to the other man. In 2022 there are way too many places to choose to eat nobody has to settle for rude behavior and absolutely no customer service plus the rice was dry.
Terrible Customer Service! I ordered the food online and tried to take it back to dorm. The paper bag ripped and my food fell all over the sidewalk, even on my pants and shoes. First, they shouldn't have packed the hot, oily food in a paper bag(they have plastic bags). When I called them to explain they said "It's not our fault. When the food leaves our shop we are not responsible for anything.” This is not about me trying to get refunded. It's about their poor attitude and lack of customer service.

The chilly beef did not have too much beef. Sweet and sour chicken sauce was bit too sweet for me too :-/ Used delivery - delivery service was very prompt and swift, the driver was pleasant. I was not a big fan of the food personally, but for quick orders by delivery, it was a great service. Oh, and please don't forget to specifically request cutlery if you are ordering online!
Nice place to hang out and eat. Various Items on the menu board. Definitely will back.
This is my first time eating here , it’s like a buffet of different Chinese food which you basically pick which entree and sides , and go from there. The staff is very dry all you hear is next order but I’m fine with fast service no BS . I had the Kung Pau chicken. The concentration of chicken very light stingy on the meat for 8 dollars. The dining room was a mess with many college it should be tended too at least every half hour looks like maybe every 3 hours. Food wasn’t salty thou which I like had nice flavor .
