This is supposed to be extra chicken! I am so done with Chipotle! And I didn't get everything I requested in my bowl! Like I know y'all can Fn READ!
I visited at around 3pm on a Saturday and was blown away by how fast the service was compared to some other Chipotles. Staff were of average friendliness. The bowl I ordered was PACKED full and was almost too much to eat! Cleanliness, however, detracted significantly from the positives. They were out of napkins, there was garbage in the floor, almost every table was dirty, and the serving area was a complete mess. Cleaner and this would have been a 5 star rating.
I went in to place my order and was told that this Chipotle on Clifton and 117th is "digital only"; that is you can't place an order in person at the restaurant. I'm not kidding. He said that they didn't have enough people working. There were 6 people working there, but no one was visibly working. The 4 in the back were standing around playing with their phones, and the other 2 were standing at the counter telling customers that they couldn't order (and smiling). I saw them turn 4 other people away while I was there. When I pointed out to the guy that nobody was working, he said that he wasn't going to open the line. I really can't believe it.
Chipotle has changed a lot over the years. It’s a hit or miss most times. This location I could feel confident in at one point. They constantly don’t have items (steak,chicken, chips, vinaigrette etc) on a regular basis. Then moments when it’s no cash back on orders. The employees are great but the service of what can be offered isn’t up to par!
I don't have a vehicle at the moment and I'm using the app for delivery. This particular store never ever, ever, ever gets an order correct. If you get a salad, like today, they don't include the dressing. If you ask for lite rice, they give you extra rice and less vegetables. You pay for chips or a drink, you don't receive them. Unfortunately I have no way to go there and get the dressing or chips or whatever. It's always a disappointment when I get it. I'm just not going to purchase Chipotle anymore, this store seems incompetent. I could have just eaten the bag of plain lettuce and tomatoes in my fridge. I totally understand that you get busy and miss things or get side tracked. But when it's every single order….I could buy a few meals with the amount I've spent on food never received.
I have once again spent money on a meal that is nearly inedible because there is such an absurd amount of salt in everything. The only flavor is salt. What is going on at this location? I even debated coming here because the last time I was here, I took one bite and immediately threw away my burrito. The line workers were doing a good job, but the cashier was moving slowly, clearly annoying, and literally tossing peoples' bags of food to them. This location used to be awesome. I'm done.
When did it become ok to cheat the customer? My order came to $8.15 and I only had a $20 bill. The cashier and manager decided that I would loose $.85 cents instead of the restaurant taking the loss of $.15 cents! Needless to say, I left without the food and went somewhere else, but not another chipotle! The owner lost more money throwing the food away than taking a loss on $.15 cents! What happened to good customer service?
I stopped at Chipotle tonight after walking out of a Chinese pick up. the line was long but fast. the food was good except the fajita seemed to be very heavy on the lime side. thanks for saving dinner after walking out of other establishment.
Never order online they barely give any servings of protein wether you ask for double or not. Never have had a good experience here. Love chipotle but this branch just needs to shut down or get better management.
So this is the restaurant I usually go to because it’s always on point! Go this evening, a Friday to be exact, and they have nothing! Honestly it’s like they chose to not make any more food. The excuse was they were out of stuff. But you should have closed the doors!! It’s 8:45 and you close at 10:00pm. Why not shut down? Everyone is laughing, even the manager. And this is why I don’t like to support the inner city stores! I know people are short of help and everything, but some stuff is inexcusable!
