UPDATE: This location veggies aren’t fresh ,but i didn’t get a stomachache like the last time i ordered from here. Wasn’t a long wait either seems like the community is aware of the unsanitary conditions.Lady in front of me asked if the employee could replace his gloves and he did but, the other employees seemed to have an attitude because she asked.However the food just don’t taste like the chipotle i got hooked on.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>:-(became nauseous after eating. Something had to be wrong with the food. There were a lot of young adults working this location. Maybe the meat was undercooked. Unhappy stomach unhappy customer. Owner/manager needs new management
Because one must give a star, this location gets an undeserved one.This Chipotle location suffers from what many other nearby locations suffer from...complete employee apathy and managerial incompetence.The people who staff this location are running the operation however they want to. There are no standards of quality and friendliness. They serve "hate food". They hate their jobs and the public so much, that it's reflected in "hate food".When you go to any establishment and all of the employees looked like they're personally angry with you...walk out!We all know who predominantly staffs these places and we know how they "work". So why do you keep going back?If a restaurant has over 25% of a certain demographic, I turn around and leave. All of these bad Chipotle locations have over 75% of that demographic. That isn't a coincidence people! That's a pattern!
Went in for 2 bowls. Worker wipes down counters and around food containers and turns her head while doing it. Cleaning towel dips into the black beans. Worker turned around and notices. Looks up to see who notices. Disappears in the back for 5 minutes holding up the line and returns without changing out beans. I told another worker before I left. Don’t know if they ever changed beans out or not. Makes me wanna throw up. Not sanitary!
The service and food quality at this location are abysmal. Definitely the worst chipotle I’ve been to, and I’d wager it ranks in the bottom 1% nationwide.P.S. it’s hard to verify, but also not loving the unsanitary conditions reported by previous reviewers. Management seems to be asleep at the wheel.
If I could give zero I would. I made a $40 delivery for food and paid the driver a tip. The driver was great. They came on time and didn’t have to wait long at all. However, Chipotle had the entire order incorrect! They left out all the toppings, all the sauces, left out the lettuces, the chips were very stale, the extra meat wasn’t in the bowls, no corn or vegetables, just a little meat cheese sour cream and rice! And the food was very cold. Due to ordering close to closing time I couldn’t get a redelivery but got a refund instead from Door Dash. Except for the tip of course. But nope not here not at all!??????
I surprised I could order at the store this time, but of course they were out of vegetables, lettuce, and vinaigrette sauce. I asked if they could add guac with no additional cost (since I didn't get meat and they were out of veggies) and the refused. Terrible everytime I go there. You'd think getting a burrito or bowl would be an easy process.... If I could give a 0/5 I would

Management is the problem here. Guys trying to rush me through without beans. Poor customer service. Food is still good though.
Hello! My name is Sha'Toya Young and I recently had an interview at the Chipotle located Uptown Cleveland at 11452 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH. During my interview I had a wonderful experience talking everyone. All of the managers had very bright personalities with great attitudes and positive personalities on the day of the interview and even attempted to hire me on the spot (They were excited for me to start). They attempted scanned my id and social the same day 03/14/2022 however they did not have someone that knew how to scan my documents that day so they told me to come back the next day 03/15/2022 (On my birthday). When I came back the next day the energy was not the same. Questions were rushed and the managers seemed to have an attitude. I then learned that I was ineligible to work there because I worked at Chipotle in 2012 as my first job and it was documented that I could not be rehired. Instead of being polite about it or direct about it, I felt like I was given the cold shoulder instead of an explanation. It doesn't hurt me but I felt like I was discriminated against because my personality is different from others. As I left, I heard gossip, rumors and insults (not from the managers but from other employees) and I feel judged by people who don't really know me or have tried to get to know me. I go through a lot but I keep a smile on my face because I know that one day I will be hired by the right employer for me one day. I am a hard working individual with a lot of potential and I am highly motivated. Yet, I am happy that they did not hire me because I got the chance to see why that opportunity would not have been right for me. I truly hope that they won't make anyone else feel discriminated against or ambush people with lies anymore because in the end it looks bad for business and the point of running a business is the treat all customers/employees/ future employees fairly no matter what race/ tone of skin they are, what they are wearing, what they're disability is or if they are pregnant. I left feeling judged, embarrassed and discriminated against, yet, I felt like they used me working at another chipotle in 2012 as the excuse they needed to not give me a chance because the way they treated me before they found out I had a boyfriend and I was pregnant they were excited to have me work for them but after they found out they changed their intentions to hurt me. This won't discourage me from continuing to be a customer at chipotle because I love the food however, I will not Shop or eat at the chipotle in this area because I felt like they wanted me to feel low with the indirect disrespect I was given. I hope things change there and when they meet someone else who is in my position that they won't try to do the same thing to them that they did to me. I would rate 5 stars for food but take off 3 because of how the employees attempted to embarrass me. It felt set up to raise peoples hopes and hurt them from what I noticed. My head is still held high and I wish everyone the best though.
I ordered directly from the app and when my order was delivered to me, I was missing my chips. I called the store and was rerouted a bunch of times through corporate, and when I finally talked to someone in this store, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude.
