This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All the employees did was play with each other. Not one other customer was in line and I still stood there for five minutes before I was acknowledged, started my order and it sat there while the employees played around, when I was finally able to pay for my order the cashier tried to give me too much change, I gave it back and told her how much my change was, now there is no singles, I was so frustrated I walked out without my change Kuddos on getting a tip that was not offered nor deserved!
Missing ingredients, bowls that look already chewed up, I have never gotten such a skimpy order. This is $50? I just paid $15 for a tiny burrito. I asked for double chicken. I barely got one serving let alone two. My son asked for chicken and steak and they didn't add the steak. The bowls barely had scoops of rice.And there's no option to complain by website so I called them and no one would answer.NEVER will buy Chipotle again.
Unfortunately I will NEVER go to this Chipotle again. I have placed on line orders 2x in the past 2 wks for myself and others at my work. Both times my order was made without fajita veggies when I ordered it because the lady working the Togo said they veggies were not ready when they made my order. So instead of waiting on them to make the order correct, they just decide on their own to make it without. Then I drive all the way back there after getting to work and finding out its made incorrectly and the employees just look and laugh at me, nice customer service. Very sad to have that type of attitude in a customer service industry.
Because one must give a star, this location gets an undeserved one.This Chipotle location suffers from what many other nearby locations suffer from...complete employee apathy and managerial incompetence.The people who staff this location are running the operation however they want to. There are no standards of quality and friendliness. They serve "hate food". They hate their jobs and the public so much, that it's reflected in "hate food".When you go to any establishment and all of the employees looked like they're personally angry with you...walk out!We all know who predominantly staffs these places and we know how they "work". So why do you keep going back?If a restaurant has over 25% of a certain demographic, I turn around and leave. All of these bad Chipotle locations have over 75% of that demographic. That isn't a coincidence people! That's a pattern!
I’m rating four stars because there are some things that can be improved. Although they aren’t major issues, we had burnt chicken about 3 times we’ve been to this location. I’ve also had a super juicy burrito from the tomatoes I added. They do not “shake”/“drain” them properly (although this does happen at a few locations). The employees are friendly and personable albeit professional, the wait time is typical for a chipotle, but a little quicker than normal! I would recommend this location. There’s so many other shops and stores in this plaza as well! Love the selections of stores they have in this plaza/area! ?
Given this spot multiple chances. Worst chipotle location. I paid for extra fajitas. literally got none. The white rice is actually just white ice this time, no cilantro, no lime, no flavor. Steelyard has the worst chipotle and the worst Walmart in the country it seems
Absolutely horrible. Usually drive twice as far to avoid this one and it’s worth the time. We order ahead and every time we have to sit there and wait an average of 15 min or more. And we still get the wrong order. Just had to go back in again for an order which was made wrong TWICE while I waited.
I have given this location so many chances giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were having a bad day. But I have concluded that the employees don’t care about the quality of food and customer service. Online orders are always late, portion sizes are awful and last time they were out of half of the ingredients! I have complained to management twice but have seen no change. Place is always dirty too. Spend the extra 10 min driving to Brooklyn location
Came here and was not satisfied. My entire bowl was bland. The rice had no lime flavor, chicken and steak didn't have any seasoning, and on top of that the mild was bland. This is insane - Chipotle needs to standardize and improve their quality assurance across all chipotles because it's crazy how inconsistent the food can taste!!!!! Horrible!!!!
Save your time and go to a different chipotle.I’ve given this location multiple chances and I’m disappointed every time. This last time was the final straw and I decided to finally give an honest review.They are always out of something at this location. One time it was multiple salsas and lettuce, and this time it was the vinaigrette. There was a huge line when I walked in because there was only one person working the line. The other woman would occasionally help work the line but most of the time would go laugh with the other coworkers in the back. Incredibly unprofessional! There is no sense of urgency in there. Be prepared to wait over 45 minutes.
