As someone who has worked in the food industry for the past 10 years, I try my BEST not to complain. But today broke the camels back. There have been several issues in the last couple weeks with this location and I was willing to overlook them because as I've said, I work in the industry and I get it. But when I arrived today, there was a sign on the door saying there was no chicken. I was slightly irritated but said, "forget it, I'll just get a steak bowl instead". I go in and there was NOTHING! They were not only out of chicken, they were out of steak, fajita mix, beans, rice and tortilla shells. There was a employee sitting up front on her phone and all she could say to me is, " We ain't got nothin..." Honestly, I would of rather you just be closed. This location SUUUUCKS!
This place is a mess. The dinning room is absolutely disgusting & the pans are disgusting and look like they have been sitting all day. The least you can do is use fresh pans. All the workers just stand and talk and have horrible attitude when they’re is a like to the door. Also didn’t see not one manager.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Truly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Horribly managed, always out of ingredients, awful customer service, and they are never open! They regularly close by 7 pm, even though they are supposed to be open until 10 pm. And if you are lucky enough to make it there before they prematurely close, you can't even order in person. They make you order through the mobile app to where they proceed to mess up your order every time. Most recently, I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app for pick at 7:20 pm. Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed and I could not pick up my order, which was already paid for. I could see employees in the back of the restaurant doing absolutely nothing. Corporate needs to fire everyone there and completely overhaul the staffing at this location as this is unacceptable. In the mean time, I have been taking my business to Ohio City Burrito which is wonderful! I highly recommend everyone else do the same.
Terrible customer service. One day they do online orders only. The next day they aren’t taking online orders. The customer service is getting so bad I’m willing to go anywhere but these places anymore. The problem is people don’t care anymore. Everyone will keep spending money here so chipotle can have trash customers service.What food places can survive with 3 stars.Wake up people. Stop allowing these garbage workers who want more than minimum wage give you trash customer service.Time like this make me excited for a coming recession. Make these businesses rework their business model and these employees with trash customer service will have to try harder for a job. The time will come soon enough.
Terrible experience. I ordered ahead for pickup and paid on the Chipotle app. Walked 20 mins to the restaurant and they did not have my order, and could not find it in the computer. But of course my credit card was charged anyway. I had an email receipt that I showed them with a confirmed pick up time, but they still could not find order. There is no way to contact customer service on the app, and no way that I can find to get a refund. The store staff was no help, asked me to wait. After 10 minutes with no help, I left to find some other food. So I'm out $25 and have no food. I will not use the Chipotle app again and do not recommend this location.
This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever frequented. I have probably ordered from here 15 times the past year and I don't think my order was ever correct. I often find meat in my sofritas and am missing items that I pay extra for. Today, I ordered a salad for lunch and they did not give me lettuce or salad base. Very frustrating
I love the Chipotle experience have been going for years,But the one downtown Cleveland has lost it's since of professionalism and service the young men and women that works here are always on their phones they have bad attitudes no hair nets some of them don't know how to wrap a burrito or give such small portions they run out of toppings in the middle of the day,they don't how to clean up on the line we did not use this site during all-star weekThis store needs to retrain some of there younger people before summer starts to bring there ratings up are downtown deserves better.Lets work to turn this around You Can do It!
Honestly one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever consistently dealt with. They frequently close early but don’t mark themselves closed on the Chipotle app or any of the food ordering apps so you end up ordering food and just never getting it. They often switch to online ordering only so you go in and they make you place the order on your phone while 4 workers watch 1 person do all the work. You can order something on the app and they just won’t tell you that they’re out of half the stuff you ordered, just hand you the bag and let you go on your way. I have no idea how whoever manages this place still has a job.
It was clean not crowded and the service was great. I went in to get my son a bowl to only come right back and order myself one. It looked that good
If your hungry and you want chipotle don’t come to this location. This is probably the worst chipotle in Cleveland. When they mobile orders, and I have trouble ordering online, the manager didn’t even bother to help or do other objectives to help me and it wasn’t even close to closing time. He just told me to drive all the way to another location. Plus a month or two ago one of workers gave me a horrible attitude and tried to fight me. I’m warning you guys run while you can from this place.
