I'm sure part of this is based in nostalgia, but China Town has always been my favorite Chinese place. I won't pretend that it's gourmet or anything like that, but that's not what you should be expecting when you visit a take-out place to begin with. I've never had an item that I didn't like, and I've eaten there since I was a little kid.
This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Chinese restaurant I have ever been to in several different states.They have consistently served great looking, great tasting food for almost a decade since the first time I found this gem.I would suggest taking a trip here from anywhere.It is well worth you travels.
They literally took a order from me today, had someone pick my food up for delivery, I waited over an hour I called the store they told me that someone already picked up my order paid for it and was supposed to come to me someone called me I assumed was the person who was driving to bring my food to me, I called them back the line was busy so I called the store back they got real rude and disrespectful and kept hanging up on me kept putting me on hold they did not think of a way to help resolve my situation they did not give me any number to call to fix the problem. I’m literally baffled. Worst food anyways. Horrible management. Never again and I do not recommend. They faked like they don’t deliver. Took my money gave my horrible service I’m done.
I ordered Garlic shrimp and veggies with white rice and Sesame Chicken with white rice.The Garlic shrimp and veggies was great. And the sesame chicken was try so I didn’t eat it and I took it back to show them it was dry.. They got an attitude saying I ate it already which it was clearly full.. Then she said you come back 3 or 4 hours later of course it’s going to be dry.. And I’m trying to explain that it was dry as hell since the minute I opened it and she was still trying to argue. I feel like they spit in my food smh
We have ordered here a few times, but today we ordered a larger order. It was prepared amazingly quick and the entire order was correct. Everything hot and 100% accurate. It was good too!
I ordered online from here and paid. They refused to give me the food or money. The lady called after arguing with me about my money. And had it refunded. There's something wrong with these people. I'm waiting for confirmation of refund. I called back and they said they are still waiting on this place to confirm. This is the worst business practice I have ever seen.
This place has went downhill so bad. They use to be the best chinese spot around. Now they are straight up greedy. Sell you anything to make $$$. Food is disgusting and prices went up. Oh and careless packaging, and as always horrible customer service. Won't be back.
The Shrimp egg rolls did not disappoint! Crispy, golden and full of veggies and sweet shrimp!!
Just not good! The egg roll was greasy- raw onion in the fried rice. I have been looking and looking for a Chinese restaurant as a go to. All did today was mark another on off my list. $16 and my stomach hurts.
31 years and going strong take out Chinese is awesome please stop in and enjoy different varieties of your favorites PS pepper steak is awesome!
