I arrived at this establishment at exactly 7:40 pm 6/10/2022, and when I went to place my order, I was served by the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. She slammed all 4 of my Burritos together ,they were sopping wet,not marked which was which. She proceeded to put the wrong ingredients on the food and when I corrected her she was NASTY!!!. I'M African American and so was the employee and she was so rude and ignorant it briefly made me ashamed to be an African American. If I ever go there again and she is working I will LEAVE AND WARN ANYONE ELSE THAT SHE IS HORRIBLE FOR THEIR IMAGE. I've been a customer since they first opened, but after my encounter with this particular employee, I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN WHEN SHE IS WORKING!!!!!!
Usually decent but old hard rice was added to new rice on the line and my bowl is inedible. I understand higher prices but quality should be consistent. Staff was friendly. Not worth a return visit anytime soon.
I went with a coworker for lunch and we both ordered the same thing and got TOTALLY different meals. Both meals were FAR from being good, authentic or warm. They actully put it in the microwave before they packed it up to go. This place was unbelievably bad !!
Friendly staff, large portions, and left completely satisfied. I had the build your own burrito with steak and everything tasted great. It's similar to chipotle, but the ingredients are more fresh.
Food was okay. It used to be alot better here, the rice was mushy and tasteless, the chicken portion was nonexistant on my burritos, habanero salsa was delish as always....food used to have a lot more flavor this time it was lack luster. Cooler was close to empty. I gave it a four star rating bc i know it can be better and it has been before. I have faith they will improve, its hard out here for everyone. The service was nice though.

It’s like a small torn Chipotle. Only better! I leave chipotle feeling full, but this place I leave feeling fulfilled! It’s not just the food, we need that human interaction that is lost on factory fast food. I bring friends and family here every chance I get to show it off. Keep up the great work!

Always great! We have been eating there for years and it is very consistent, fresh, and you can see and choose all the ingredients in your meal.
