This is the WORST Chik Fila in America. Three angry & annoyed workers today. No greeting, no thank you, & asked for my water & Afro american lady rolled her eyes. This is pathetic service.
Cynthia was the nicest lady I have ever met being at an airport. She was so kind and really made my stressful day at the airport so much better. Nicest airport employee I’ve ever met in my life.
Food was good but don’t understand why they won’t give you the straw when they give you the drink. You just sit there with a cup and unable to drink it unless you take lid off

Typical friendly Chick-fil-a service. Chicken sandwich and fries were piping hot. Despite being in an airport, no drop-off in quality whatsoever. Kudos to the employees working in these tough times.

My cashier name was Janey… you could tell she barely wanted to be there and the customer service was forced. I ordered my meal and Janey hands my drink. After about 5 mins of me standing there I asked her if I could get my straw while I wait. Her exact response “Your straw will come in your bag when you get your food.” And she turned her back towards me.Very rude and inconsiderate. Horrible I should’ve stayed in the long line for Starbucks.Janey you shouldn’t be a public servant if you don’t want to deal with people!
As far as airport Chick-fil-A locations go, this is a good one.
Arrived at 4:50 pm today. No line. Placed an order within a minute. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The order was ready in a split second and that was my first red flag. Was the sandwich just sitting on the counter waiting for me!? Chicken was soggy, very soggy. They put one thin slice of pickle. It took me a while to find it on a sandwich. In the absence of customers this poor quality is surprising. Very disappointed! Will never come back.
Going there is always an experience!!People are so friendly, loving, customer service is A1, and the food is delicious!!!!
