We ordered a large cupcake cake, cake pops and a gluten-free + vegan cake for my son’s birthday. The order went very smoothly. I truly appreciated that my texts were answered promptly and very professionally, which gave me reassurance that everything would be ready on time and prepared exactly as I had requested.My son was incredibly excited about the design of the cupcakes. Everything was gorgeous and made with care. The cake pops were to die for. I’ve already had 3 and I don’t normally eat a lot of sugar. The gluten-free & vegan cake was really moist (I’ve had some in the past from other places that were like concrete, or cardboard, or both, it’s not an easy request) and truly delicious. I’m really impressed, and it takes a lot.I’m so grateful that Chanelle was on top of this and made our day. We’re already ordering from her for the next party.
Very clean establishment and the workers here was very professional….. Now down to the cake (which was a Casata cake) that was ordered for my daughter it was very pretty the icing was very good and the filling we loved but boy the cake it’s self what ever is going on in that department they need to Critique it very dry and taste like cornmeal cornbread!!!!!! It was just horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Reached out to the establishment to try and get a refund only to be fast talked and to be told we will only be issued a store credit (what would possibly make you think if you ruined my child’s birthday with a bad cake I would return to order something else). We really tried to support a local baking company but this one is definitely not it!!!!!????? And once again for the second time when we tried to express our concerns we were just fast talked.. worst 75$ spent!!!?????????
I had an amazing experience with Chanelle’s Treatz! I had a bad experience with the previous cake I ordered from “Sweet Treats by Shawntel” (I have written a separate review for), therefor I was desperately trying to redeem myself from the embarrassment of having an amateur/sloppy cake. And boy did Chanelle deliver. I had a Blippi theme for my youngest child’s 2nd birthday. She made a beautiful, professional and flawless cake. I could tell it was made with love unlike the previous cake I ordered from the other lady. It was delicious as were the cupcakes she made. The party was enjoyable because I was so happy that I finally found the perfect baker to make the perfect cake. It was the topic of conversation and everyone was asking who made it. I can’t thank Chanelle enough for making my sons birthday the best party I have hosted. Highly recommended ?
I needed a birthday cake with the Brown’s theme with buttercream frosting and strawberry filling. I had such high hopes because of the great reviews.The owners were very friendly. I wanted to support a growing local business but I don’t think I will order from here again.I followed the instructions to take the cake out of the fridge one hour before eating. The actual cake was dry and crumbly, the frosting was hard and thick, not like buttercream. The football and helmet decorations were the edible paper cut outs that nobody ever really eats.People took a few bites and we all agreed it wasn’t very good. I was embarrassed because it was my responsibility to bring the cake and it wasn’t good. I was also upset because the amount of money I had spent including a tip.I told myself maybe the next day it will taste better…the entire cake was thrown out because no one wanted to eat it. It just wasn’t good.I’m sorry but I don’t think I’ll use this bakery again.
Anyone considering ordering a cake from this establishment PLEASE DON'T I REPEAT DON'T! I should have taken the bad reviews more seriously and done more homework on this so-called cake shop. Before I get to the bad, I will start with the good. I met Chanelle for the first time last Friday to pick up my son's Birthday cake. I'll say she's polite and professional as far from a business standpoint. She greeted me as soon as I came into the store. Chanelle gave helpful instructions on how to preserve the cake and cutting as well. She even helped me get out the door because my hands were filled with the amazing-looking treats so I thought. Now to the bad news, my son's birthday party was scheduled for the same day I picked up the cake. Now fast forward to cutting the cake time. My wife and I noticed the cake had the wrong flavor. I order a vanilla and chocolate cake, Chanelle made a dry flavorless marble cake that tasted like banana cornbread. Because the texture was very bad, it was unbearable to eat. The frosting was heavy with a dye that had a bad aftertaste. I also purchased her party package. Chanelle party package came with a lot of treats cupcakes, pretzels chocolate-covered cookies, etc. All those treats were awfully sweet and unbearable to eat. The pretzels were stale like they were pre done and sat in the refrigerator for two weeks. When my wife and I tasted the product, we were embarrassed to serve out Chanelle treatz. I have one suggestion for Chanelle, to focus on all aspects of your business, number one is the product. It doesn't matter if your designs are good but the PRODUCT IS AWFUL! Future customers/victims, please read Chanelle customer policy carefully! I wished I did.
The cake was hard and was tasteless. Nun of the kids would eat my daughter was very disappointed in her birthday cake.I’ve gotten better at a grocery store the cake tasted like baking soda.not worth $75 at all.But it was pretty.

Wow! Just. Wow! I tried their small cheesecakes and I'm floored. I love the fact the small cheese cakes are in a closable plastic container and they are spoonable. My first taste of the strawberry crunch, I was blown away! The cheesecake is so light and fluffy. I could not believe that this is a cheesecake! The original cheesecake was not as light and fluffy as the strawberry, but was the perfect amount of light and creamy. The apple pie cheesecake, I felt the allspice was a tinge over powering, but overall fantastic none the less.I saw they sold dog treats as well and I just had to get a treat for my dog. The dog treats come in a cute plastic container with a screw on lid and they are various shapes. These dog treats are 100% Louie approved.I will definitely be ordering again from here and I am looking forward to the different types of seasonal cheesecakes they'll have in the future. I'm anxious to try their cupcakes. If their cupcakes are as good as their cheesecakes then they will forever have a loyal customer!
So many good treats. Quait shop, just be careful with google, it will send you the wrong way on a one way street.The brownies and cheese cakes are awesome. I am sure the rest is as well, but if you lime a premium cheesecake and have it made to perfection, go here! Order lots of it. Thank me later.
