Went today for the first time, portions were good, food was great will be returning for sure.
They’re rude, but the food is good and hot. Order something they have to make fresh for the best experience
I love the place my buddy from the airport and his family own this place. They made me food before they opened the restaurant. Best ox tails I ever had. Being from New York there's great authentic food you can't find no where else except right there carribbean delight
So I been reading other peoples reviews and I don't know if there all just getting over Covid or what . But this food has no taste very bland then I was expecting red beans & rice they gave us just white rice. Tuff ox tails with no flavor an the cabbage was tuff as well. I was very disappointed with this place.
Tried them for the first time! It was good , I ordered a Goat Dinner and it was tasty and tender and the portions were nice, I would definitely go back again
I was not happy with the food and when I went back in for her to fix it she said all sales are final and refuse to fix anything. I got a large oxtail meal with cabbage and rice. The rice tasted like I was eating mashed potatoes with gravy because it was over cooked, the cabbage was over cooked and not seasoned enough. The oxtails were the only decent part of the meal
I ordered a large oxtail dinner yesterday 6/6/22 the rice was over cooked and the cabbage was over cooked and not seasoned well. I guess to mask the fact the rice was over cooked a lot of gravy was poured over it. Tasted like I was eating mashed potatoes and gravy. When I went back for her to either fix it or give me my money back, she said all sales are final for food and continued helping others. The oxtails were decent but very small in size. I was raised in a Jamaican household this was the worst dinner I’ve ever experienced.
Best Jerk chicken! It is very hot so I get oxtail gravy on top... I have been going here once a week for the past month. They don't miss! I have had my fair share of Jamaican food so I know when its good. The staff is always very friendly and food is consistent. I live on the west side and its worth the drive!!
Prices are high here & I didn't find the food quality or taste no where near worth the dollars I spent. I won't be back. Clearly the majority of these reviews are friends and family. Read them, they sound like cheesy ads lol.
So after waiting forever to try this place I finally did the other day. Just good vibes and positivity soon as you walk in. Foods amazing as is customer service. Great portion sizes and terrific plating. Still have food left over from my large oxtails order lol ? which I will be eating later on today. If you haven't been you should go and keep going back. You won't be disappointed I sure wasn't. ????
