More than adequate parking, no wait to order at 9:30 on a Saturday.Food came out very quickly, and was delicious.Got a to-go box with bakery items for the road. Hard to find gluten-free place better.

Go here! So impressed with the selection they offer at this cafe, and EVERYTHING gluten free!!! We went here during a weekend trip away and I just wish they were open on Sundays so we could have gone one more time before leaving the area. Very good brunch - we had crepes, omelettes, drinks, and cupcakes. Even the coffee was exceptional!
Croque Madame crepe was very yummy. Tiramisu? OMG! I made gluten free, dairy free tiramisu... it took three days, and wasn't nearly as silky, rich, and absolutely delicious.
Ooh la la for the gluten free and dairy free peeps! Everything here is gluten free so you can take an easy sigh for those who need to abide by strict dietary needs. Also marked are nut free and corn free items among others. There are so many fabulous choices for meat eaters and vegetarian alike. I settled on the chicken club panini (added avocado) on their standard quinoa bread paired with garlic fries and a turmeric latte. Hit the spot! They also have delish desserts (brownies cookies and muffins - all made in - house) Once a month they have popup menu nights with themed food. I'm coming back!
This was my first time eating from here. I ordered the home fries and vegan carrot curry bisque.I was not disappointed but most definitely not impressed. The food was in between ehh and okayThe home fries were dry( but not hard) and flavorless as if they were put on a baking sheet and left to brown in the ovenThe Bisque- the only thing I can taste is the curry,. Carrots have a natural sweetness to them, it was not the case with this bisque.
I ordered a pulled jackfruit sandwich but received a pulled pork. The response to the mixup was lackluster at best and really put me off ever coming back. Once I got back to the store to grab the correct sandwich, it was just alright. The bread was really soggy and I didn't feel it was worth the price. The coffee was pretty good but small. The fries were tasty.
Cute mom and pop cafe, prices are high but that can be expected from a gluten free allergy friendly establishment. Friendly staff, however, the hot drinks are horrible! As a barista, I pride myself in drink making and I’m shocked that the quality is so low for Starbucks prices. Also, the Caesar salad I got was extremely salty and the Romaine wasn’t the best. The salad dressing was good though. Waited about 15 minutes for my salad and I was not impressed once I got it :/. Would love to try more but not super excited to spend such high prices after my meal and I probably won’t be back :(
Cafe Avalaun is a delightful dedicated gluten free, allergy friendly cafe. They offer a nice daily selection of pastries and breakfast/lunch options. They also offer a great selection of coffee and tea options with a variety of dairy and non dairy choices. Keep an eye out for holiday catering and pop up specialty food nights. Be aware that their hours are limited and they are currently closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The food is a little pricey, but, worth it for the peace of mind with a dedicated allergy friendly cafe.
We were the first in line and it took ONE HOUR for 2 coffees and 2 omelets for take out.One was a latte with pumpkin, but chunky with the puree. I also had to order another coffee and thought they would be generous enough to give one small coffee on the house, ESPECIALLY since we had to wait close to an hour for our order. But no, i was charged for that.Please just let your customers know if there will be a long wait and explain that your flavors contain puree.Luckily we had time, but this is pretty bad guys
