Waitress was great! The only thing not great was the very hard, dry buns for our sandwiches.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 20 minutes to be seated just to tell me they didn’t know when they could seat us extremely unprofessional and extremely rude would never recommend anyone to ever go to this location ever. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional the waitress’s/servers were I’ve never had such a bad experience in a restaurant in my entire life. Mind you there were 5 tables of people only in the entire restaurant with 4+ servers. I even called to see how long before we could be seated and they hung up on me!! As we were waiting in line 3 other people left because they didn’t get seated. The absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever seen.
So right now is my second day in a row coming in. SABRINA and PAIGE are amazing! I like the Longbranch Cream Soda. The food and service was excellent. That's why we came back the next day! Thanks ladies.
Showed up at 8pm on a Monday night, 2 hours before close, party of 2. We were told to sit anywhere, but after we picked a table someone approached us and told us to pick another table in a specific section. We moved, no problem.After we ordered drinks and entrees it was an almost hour long wait until we got our food. Out of the less that 10 people inside, an hour for food is kind of ridiculous. Once food arrived it was almost inedible. I couldn't make it halfway through my chicken sandwich.When checks came I left 15% as a tip and as we were getting up to leave the waiter came back to pick up our slips. He looked at mine and I heard an audible "hm" as he turned away.I try my best to give the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it's busy, maybe they're short staffed, it's late etc. But I really can't here, there wasn't an excuse...
This place was incredible!! The people were amazing and they never got bothered by all the pressure and we was there for the st Patrick's day parade!! A lot of beautiful and amazing people. The food was also really good.
Best customer service I have had from a BWW, or really any downtown bar. Our group of four was acknowledged by a server (Dante) as they were making their rounds, even though we were heading to the bar area. I didn’t see a hostess upon entering, but we knew we wanted bar seats, no biggie there. The bartender (Erica) was friendly and efficient. I was hesitant about ordering food since we were killing time before a CAVS game, but my food came very fast. I always order a buffalo chicken wrap/fries and it was on point. This was my first time at the downtown location, kudos to great service 3/16/22!
The waitress I believe her name was Jamie was just not to my liking she focused on these 2 guys and just ignored everyone else I even had to raise my voice to get her attention jus to pay the bill because she wouldn't stop talking to them!! Worst first experience of my life I will not return if she is the bartender!!!!! She really gave me a horrible first time experience I wish I would have recorded it definitely unbelievable!!!!
Waiter really nice but service was long sadly.
We stopped in for dinner after attending a Cleveland Monsters hockey game. First time at this location, but BWW never disappoints. We were a party of seven, which isn't easy for a single server. However, our server Sam handled it like a pro! She was very friendly and took great care of us. Our glasses were never empty and our apps and meals were hot and delicious. Thank you Sam and BWW for a great meal and the perfect ending to an awesome day!
While this wasn’t our first time there, if we go again we will definitely see who our server will be before sitting down - her problem- not sure but her attitude was like we were inconveniencing her by being there and she made sure to tell us she hated kids. Her manager just as useless-wouldn’t bother to speak with us. Brought our drinks after 10 minutes and literally put them in the middle of the table for us to distribute. In my many years of going to restaurants and even though not all experiences are good, this was the first time I ever canceled the order and left.
