I had dinner there with my family the food was great. Our server's name was Sarah, she was excellent. She was fast and very polite and anytime we needed anything she already was right there with it! I definitely will be back!
The service and attentiveness of or wait staff was very good. Waiter kept my water filled the entire meal (4-5x filled). Food came out relatively times and the tables and ambiance was clean. However the food that was brought out to us was very poor. Artichoke Dip was just flat out bad. Steak was cooked to temp but I’ve never eaten a steak that was not seasoned or had 0 salt on it. The chicken my wife got was 1 chicken breast butterflied and yet that dish cost us $20. I understand Covid hit restaurants hard but this is embarrassing for a chain to put out such poor quality food.
Horrible. Prime rib was cold and touch. Hair in mashed potatoes.

I hadn’t been to this Brown Derby in a couple years but after seeing their Facebook ads we decided to go out for a family dinner. Food was great and everyone’s steaks were cooked perfectly. We had great service from Marissa. I was also impressed that the manager was talking with each table and was also very active in the restaurant. Good service in the restaurant industry is hard to come by in today’s job market but the Brown Derby hit the mark on this visit. Will definitely go back.

Restaurant was empty,heat was off,strip steak awful If you want to spend $130 for three meals this is definitely not the place to go!
Quality has gone way down. I ordered a T bone steak that was not even a half inch thick and was missing it’s other half of the steak. Not the same quality steak I was use to getting there. For the price your better off buying and cooking your own. Hopefully it gets recognized and they go back to what they use to be. Disappointed.
I had not eaten at a brown derby since I was very young. I remember it was a "fancy" restaurant though so we only went a few times ultimately.Having recently moved to the area, wanted to try brown derby as an adult. The overall experience was wonderful. When you first walk in, you are met with the smell of a wood smoke smell. They have leather chairs set up in the lobby if there is a wait for a table (when we arrived, there was no wait) and the general atmosphere was pleasant.Food wise, we ordered breaded mushrooms and breaded pickle chips for an appetizer. The pickle chips were fantastic. Some of the best I have ever had and clearly made in house. The breaded mushrooms on the other hand looked and tasted like standard Sysco/Gfs frozen mushrooms. Not bad but nothing remarkable.As for the main course, we had the grilled chicken salad and the grilled steak salad. The portion sizes were very generous with both salads coming on a large plate with curved sides (not quite a bowl) which made accessing the various items easy. The chicken and steak were both clearly cooked on a wide grill, the smoke flavor was very front and center on both and added a good dimension to the salad overall. House Italian dressing was good and complemented the chicken well. The steak was cooked exactly as asked (medium rare) and was also an excellent complement to the salad with Caesar dressing.Service was amazing. Given all of the current staff shortages and reduced hours for most restaurants, our server never let out drink glasses run empty, stopped by several times to check on us, and the manager stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking and ensured we had everything we needed.Was a great experience overall and will absolutely go back again to try other items (like the pork chops and the ribs) we did not have the opportunity to this time.
First time here and it was an amazing experience. Food was excellent, pricey but worth it. Our waitress Toni was so sweet and quick. She never failed to give whatever our party needed. Which by the way went on a Saturday night and our party of 9 was seated no problem! To top it off the manager Nick, was so great and made sure everyone that walked in his doors were having a good experience. I will definitely be back. ?
