Went at 8pm on a FridayEverything was perfect ?Med-well filet was spot onstill tender and juicy. Both Lobster tails were also perfect ? and tasted fresh the sides were great ? too would go again and recommend!!
Out of the entire experience my waitress was better than the food andI was able to get my laugh on.The person I was with dined in she weighed 120 pounds when she arrived. When we left she probably weighed 300 pounds. My order was carry out. The dinner rolls were as tough as leather, the steak was a stingy steak, the salad was from the end of the lettuce, and the potatoes were as hard as a half cooked potatoes ?. I won't be buying anything from there again.
We were celebrated my moms surprise birthday dinner at Brown Derby,She didn't want a fancy place and she wanted "regular food". The food was good and came promptly.The atmosphere was warm and inviting.Although we were near the entrance the teaffic was not noticed, we had a great view of the fireplace.They accommodated our large party and our activities.We did try to give advance notice but they didnt take reservations. I appreciate the guests at nearby tables who were very understanding.Our server was great! I hate they didn't accommodate our severs assignment much, but we definitely showed gratitude through tips.Thanks again Brown Derby!
This was the Absolute Worst… The bartender Maggie was out of order with charging me for something I did not have. She went and got Tom the manger whom snatched my drink out of my hand calling me the B word.. He was rude and unprofessional!!! This is not the first experience I’ve witnessed. He has been rude since the day I’ve encountered with him!!!His demeanor is horrible and customer service was bad!!I ordered food, it was undercooked and when I told Tom the manager, he took the food with an attitude and threw it across the bar.The last time, my steak was burnt to crisp like rubber,I heard Tom call one the customers a liar and told them they’re never allowed to return. He says he’s the owner and he do what he wants. Nobody can stop him!This place need to close and he need not to ever work in customer service ever again.Get Rid of Tom, customers will return!!!As a customer for many years, this is how I get treated!! Not good for the community and customer service.
The staff and waitress provided excellent service. The following items were order at our table: T-bone steak, sweet potatoe, and the salad was enough for two people. Ribs, broccoli, baked potato, Grilled shrimp dinner with broccoli and sweet potato, chicken wings, french fries, hamburger and french fries. Everyone enjoyed there meal. The broccoli was cooked perfect and looked so fresh. The manager came over to our table to confirm everything was delicious we had no complaints.
One thing I can always count on is a great meal at Brown Derby Lyndhurst!! ? Their signature gigantic baked potato did not disappoint along with grilled shrimp and broccoli!!? Our server Lauren was attentive and available. The manager came over to say hello and to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. We were and kudos to the staff at Brown Derby!!?
Decent food. Service was basic. In the severs words I just work here. My friend ordered a t bone steak. But got a t bone steak minus the t bone. Got a different one with hair on it.
I ordered their Brown Derby Burger which was actually pretty good, but I ordered a side salad which was a ridiculous $9 and we had a full table of maybe 12 to 13 people and the waiter shows up with the salad and it's in one big bowl!! I ordered certain things on the side and certain things not on my salad and everybody ordered different dressings there was two other people that ordered salad at the table also, and it just all got put in one bowl that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. Wasn't really that impressed it ended up being $70 for the two of us and we really didn't get anything but an overpriced salad and a burger and fries. But the servers were very good I will say.
It has been a while since we visited this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our server gave us a lot of attention as did the manager who visited our table twice to make sure we were happy. It was T Bone special night and both of us ordered one. The steaks were preceded by a huge salad bowl and fresh rolls. The steaks arrived cooked to the proper temperature and they were tender and tasted like they were cooked over a wood fire. Our potatoes were perfectly done. We enjoyed our meal and will return.
Construction was going on handicap access are missing. seating person put us in main walkway which was bad. but the service or server was great! food was timed perfectly an the chef's cooking is awesome.
