They are very rude and the place is dirty in my opinion. I'm in an international marriage and my wife and I went there and they acted racist, and didn't give us our order at the same time. We had to wait for the rest of our food to the point we just took the rest to go. Very disappointing experience, my wife was so excited to get some boa buns and they kept telling us 20 minutes. When have you ever waited 20 minutes for Chinese food? I would recommend you not go there, and they had the nerve to ask for a tip???
My mom and I love coming here. The prices are reasonable. They have dim sum although not a lot of selections but they have the basic, classic ones. Service may be a little bit on the slower side but the taste of the food and generous portions more than make up for it. They've been in business forever and have switched owners. The inside could use some updating but let's be honest you don't come here for the ambiance, you come here for authentic Chinese food. They do have Americanized dishes on the menu. I would recommended not ordering those. What's the point of patronizing a Chinese restaurant that offers authentic Chinese dishes if you're going to order General Tso's Chicken?! Lol
Standard dim sum place with also traditional American Chinese foods. If dim sum was their main focus then I'm disappointed. They only had a few selections and majority of the dishes we ate were too sweet especially the chicken feet. The staff was very nice if you never tried dim sum I definitely recommend going. However, if you're looking for an actual dim sum experience I recommend going somewhere else.
Now normally I don't don't give bad reviews, BUT, this was just unreal. There were three tables of guess, one leaving, one just getting served, and a party in the other room. We were sat at 12:10, watched people come and go, due to the SLOWNESS of the staff. We talked until 12:30 before they even came to take our order. Not sure if it was because it was Monday, oneone showed up to work or what but I will not be going back. I was excited to try a new place. Mad when I left. ?
This place has lots of great food, you can get both very authentic and American Chinese classics, the prices are very reasonable, and you easily get two meals worth of food from one entree.However, they definitely have specialities, and dishes they aren't as great at making and it shows. But all the typical dishes are fantastic.The service can be somewhat slow, though. So I recommend calling in advance.
Very traditional Chinese food and experience. They do have one or two American Chinese classics but I’d in courage you to try something new. There are a few pictures on the back of the menu but I chose to Google what I was about to eat! The staff was friendly and very fast.
We haven’t been to Bo Loong in a while, but one day with big crowds at the other place, we have it a go. Menu isn’t as extensive as the other place, and not quite as refined in some dishes, but their crispy fried noodles with tofu was terrific, and I really killed their hot sauce, it had a bit of heat to it!
I'm standing outside still waiting for my order while filling this questionnaire out. My wife got her meal 45 minutes ago and would be finished if it was not so bland. Very dissatisfied and I do like to try new places. Not a keeper for me.
Authentic Asian cuisine. Best dim sum around! Staff is very attentive. Priced right.
I preciously had nothing but great things to say about Bo loong. This opinion has quickly been erased by the rude behavior of their normally pleasant staff. No more recommendations from myself or my family!
