Wow, an outstanding restaurant. There is not many around. Large parking lot. Many tables inside. The place is much larger than it appears on the outside. The food was fast, fresh, hot and plentiful. Extremely clean, even the light fixtures. Very clean! Excellent staff. Tabitha puts a personal touch with every customers table. Definitely stop in!!

Tried it for the first time for breakfast and it was amazing. Not overly priced for good food. Our waitress was the only one working and you couldn’t tell by how attentive she was to everyone. We will be back to try lunch and dinner!

Hot and fresh great service

First, get a table where your waitress is Katie Marco...she is the best and does all she can to make everything perfect! Second, order a burger, or a chicken-strawberry wrap. Third, make sure you order the french fries. Fourth, sit back and enjoy your food. It will be exactly what you needed to soothe whatever ails you. Katie will make absolutely sure of that! So glad we stopped here after a culinary disaster at lunch! It might not look like much, but this Big Boy is exactly what you need!

5 plus stars! Food was just as requested and delicious.

As always the Big Boy was a blast from the past. The parking lot continued to be busy, but I didn't see a crowd or experience a wait. Our server was very pleasant and food arrival was timely. Grandson always seems to be with us when we go here. He is old enough now where he eats the bigger sandwiches. He's 6. The Big Mac, the Whopper and if course the Big Boy. I had to stop him from ordering the double Big Boy. Not sure he could eat double the meat! Very pleasant as always. It was my birthday, but we kept that quiet! Of course we will be back, again and again.

We went for a late breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and got our order in quickly. The breakfast meals were great and a lot of food. Reasonable priceI would recommend the Big Boy for good food and a friendly staff.

After not being there for over a decade, I was very disappointed by its appearance. No more buffet or gifts for sale. The portions, from what I noticed being served to customers were small compared to what used to be. Overall, the entire restaurant has lost everything that created Big Boy. Needless to say from the moment I walked in there I knew I was going to walk out without even ordering so much as a Pepsi...which is exactly what I did.

We sat there for 15 mins before the waitress came to our table then she didn't even know that we were her customers then she asked us our drinks and order brought us our drinks and and then our order and we never seen her again. We asked for our bacon crispy and when we got it there was a couple pieces that wasn't done crispy so we couldn't find our waitress so we asked someone else if they could asked the cook to cook it a little more and the blonde headed cooked was making remarks because he had to do that.Very terrible service. We didn't even have our bill to take to the register got it once we got to the register. Use to go there all the time will never go back. Paid almost thirty dollars for horrible service. The cooks and waitresses are to busy talking with each other rather than taking care of the customers. We weren't the only ones who were complaining.

Great waitstaff but manager is very unprofessional. They have a virtual side restaurant within the location (corporate assigned), the manager completely disregarded/put aside any orders for this virtual entity and vocally dismissed the corporate system/headquarters in front of customers and delivery drivers. Very unprofessional atmosphere and certainly wouldn’t make any effort to recommend this location or its service
