Wow...been stopping in here for decades. The Big Boy was good. My very you g server tried his best to be fast and polite. Like most restaurants, you wait a bit longer, but the tasty burger brought back teenage memories!
Grabbed a quick lunch at ??? ???. I ordered the honey mustard grilled chicken sandwich with fries ?. I enjoyed every bite of the sandwich. Definitely returning for the dinner and breakfast items soon.
I am just like what is going on. One of my favorite places in Cleveland is no longer.. Went to Big Boy earlier today food was just ok but the clencher is this. Upon checking out decided to get a piece of strawberry pie. Was suppose to be $1.99 but because I ordered it after paying for the food I paid $3.99. Get home looked into the container and smh. Crust all split up no whip cream. Afraid to eat it was it dropped on the floor or what. Oh well so much for Big Boy ..???
Very Busy an a Saturday morning. Everything was cooked correctly and came out fast! Waitress was very pleasant.

Sorry not a fan. A sauce is provided with your burger similar to a big Mac sauce. The meat has no taste. The bun was dry. Service was ok. As I checked out the manager seemed to be training a lady he told her how to ring up my bill but then he looked at me and said "did you leave the waitress a tip on the table?" I said yes. He then told the trainee to ask if the customer were including a tip! I'm sorry but it's inappropriate to ask me that. If I tip it's more than fair but off service was not good I leave a small tip better than none. Won't go here again.
This restaurant is filthy. Forget that it’s completely dated and looks like it’s just waiting to be closed down I stopped in for breakfast at 830am and first had to use the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting! There is no way a restroom deteriorates to this condition and level of filth from the time they open to 830am. This bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in what seems like weeks. The sink looks like a mechanics shop wash basin. The urinal was covered in urine, on top and all over, and the toilet looked like something from a movie that was made to look horrible. If they don’t clean the restroom, something customers actually see and use, why should one think they clean the kitchen and areas customers can’t see?? I will never ever eat at this place. So disgusting.
Was looking for a fresh pie @ 9 pm Saturday night. Bob Evans, Giant Eagle, and Dave's were closed. Basic crust, but the filling was delicious.
AGM Heather was very polite. She came by and made sure our meals were good and that our waitress was taking care of us.. she is a great manager to have at this store! Will be back
