So....this place is DEFINITELY RACIST! Servers do not like to wait on the tables where there are black people....and when they do the service is TERRIBLE! I was there today and the servers refused to wait on us! Eventually they sent the one black server they have in the entire place to wait on us! On top of that, I hear the servers talking amongst themselves about not wanting to wait on black people because we don't tip! I was so offended! I tip for good service period and if this is the attitude of the staff well they don't have to worry cause I will NEVER set foot in that place again! I will not recommend this place to anyone of color! This was the last straw for me!
Would NOT recommend. I ordered food Easter Sunday online and they charged me and gave me a time to pick up my order. Upon arriving I saw they were closed .. okay no biggie they’ll refund me right?Nope, left a 5 dollar tip to a ghost and finally talked to a human tofay for the first time after weeks of trying to email, call and contact a manager. Just to be told he will ”call me back” and here it is two hours later and I’ve heard nothing. I’m so disappointed. Following this I talked to the Cleveland location and they explained they also had the same problem with online orders while they were closed and they came in that following Monday and refunded everyone’s orders. Yet, I was just able to talk to an employee today for the first time. I’m extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled or actually how it has NOT been handled.They also have incorrect hours listed on their website, the phone rings and never give an option to leave a voice mail. And they’ve not responded to any of my emails and this leads me to believe they don’t even check their emails. I’ve driven up to restaurant twice hoping since no one answers the phone someone would be there. Both times website says they are open, and it allows you to place online orders yet.. no one’s in the building. These are some serious red flags.I would highly recommend never using their online ordering.
The waitress was very unconcerned on what I was looking to order. And in fact accused me of not paying for my cider flight upon me leaving even though I had already paid. She ignored myself and my party until we were leaving which is when she occurred us of leaving without paying. Will definitely not go back here again. And will NOT recommend coming here.
Not only did we discover a new favorite beer, but we also had a really good pizza. Way exceeded expectations, which means we’ll be back!
Wow the wait was ridiculous and the staff was incredibly rude! Would Not go again. Understand a place being busy, but the way the staff deals with it and deals with the customer makes a difference
I rarely give negative reviews but I’m from out of town and was really surprised by just how bad our visit was. The chicken chunks were a gordon food service special and weren’t even warmed up in the microwave long enough before being brought out to us. The pizza (which we were told that they were known for) was not fully cooked and was one of the worse pizzas I’ve ever paid for and attempted to eat. My friends simple sandwich and fries were even bad… The only thing that was good was the beer. The space is cool on the inside and they do have a huge assortment of different beers. If you’re looking to drink alot and need to eat overly priced food that isn’t any good to sober up, this is your spot. If you’re looking to have a good meal with a couple drinks, go elsewhere.
I’ve always had great service and food here until today. I ordered what I thought was “carside” seeing how they ask for the make and model but my food was never brought out. I finally go in after waiting about 5 minutes from my pickup time. I asked the girl for my order and say I thought you guys did carside? She replied “not since I’ve been here, I started in June”.Well ok I’ve picked carside up here in the summer but whatever no big deal. I get home and cheese is burned.
Loved this place! I tried the Nashville Sliders and they were AMAZING. Prices very reasonable, with a great selection of beer. Workers were friendly and attentive, so that's a plus. Will be back when I stop back on CLV for sure.
Good vibes. Great live music on the weekends and great food! I ordered the wings and a chicken wrap. Their Boneless wings are the best.
The Guy singing and “playing guitar on 12/18/21 at 10:10pm was lip syncing. He also wasn’t really playing the guitar just pretending, I get that he was a solo act but he filled an entire case of tips and just felt wrong because there are so many aspiring musicians in the Cleveland area that would have been more genuine. The prices are super high but the service was kind.
