I got a center rib dinner and it was horrible! I could only try a bone chew it and spit it out. This place can be hit or miss but this was ridiculous! I gave 2 stars because I got wings that were decent but as much as a rib dinner cost I'm beyond upset. If I didn't live so far I would've taken them back!
It was alright... i came from Columbus and anytime I come to Cleveland I have to get a polish boy.. I prefer Kim's but they were closed..
Hands down worse BBQ joint I ever visited. Rude cashier and waited over 35 minutes for 2 pieces of cold perch. Black owned company so keep that in mind when visiting. They could care less
I remember when... B and M BBQ was on Hayden Avenue at the CLE EC border. Times have changed but B & M in Oakwood and North Randall still have the best chicken, ribs and spicy polish girls in Greater CLE. The ribs and cakes are very good too. And yes, they have fried fish. Check 'em out. The Oakwood spot is not hard to find next to Ollie's and Sam's club.Features: Mask mandates have expired.
For starters the employee/ store manager had loud music playing and the TV on with his head in his phone. So the service is poor. Now to the food. I ordered the brisket dinner with collard greens and coleslaw. With cornbread and sweet potato pie. The brisket is sad. No flavor, too much sauce and fat. The thin slices of brisket is not worth $10. The collards have no flavor. So no salt. The place is dirt because they bought a fast food building. The coleslaw is over dressed and is simple. The cornbread is "ok". Not the best but not worth $1. The only saving grace is the sweet potato pie. Good homemade pie but if the rest can't measure up in flavor and appearance. Then I won't be back ever again in Ohio to this BBQ spot.
It was a terrible experience. They put bread on my fish sandwich. My coke slaw was warm, I refused to eat it. The sign said, new management bit it was dirty inside. I can't see this place staying open. I would give it no stars if I could. Don't waste your money.
Chef Gab is amazing! He’s very personable and honest. I’m so happy he stepped up and reopened this restaurant. I told him, when we spoke over the phone, that I shout him and this location out on FB and I’ve done just that. He lets you know how long it’ll take to cook and prepare your order. He makes sure you’re satisfied with your order. The sauce is better too.Let’s continue to support this young man????
Terrible they are supposedly under new management.....today is Wednesday and I ordered the Special for Wednesday, which should have been Buy 1 pulled pork sandwich and get 1 Free, I get home to a Dam Polish Boy 3 wings and fries with sauce?
Terrible!! I was told that they are a franchise of Beckham's who carries the name, but doesn't honor their coupons. I ordered two chicken dinners that were overpriced for the portions that were given. The wings were very small and hard, I received a small amount of fries and Cole slaw. I added some fried Okra (which costed more at this location for close to $30. What a waste of money, the Oakwood Village is not what it use to be. I will not be returning...
I drove from Akron. Food was horrible ordered slab dinner, ribs looked old and were pot boiled. No smoked flavor at all fries were old an greasy looking. As much as they charge now food should be much better. This is the second time I've gotten horrible food. I'm done eating there.
