HORRIBLE TERRIBLE After waiting 25 minutes for polish girl requested my money back (2 people got thier order) the young person said we don't do refunds and I didn't take order. No one in the store took my order according to them but I have a receipt in my hand. I never leave reviews for bad customer service do to owning a business and knowing you can't make employees have good customer service. You have to do better at being respectful and training, so yes that's on you the owner
Good food not the friendliest drive through lady but enjoyable food and larger portions.It has been a few years since I visited. I live out of town now but will go back again next time I am in town.
I had a better experience this time. My fries and chickenWings were not greasy . BbQ sauce was good. And I didn't wait a long time for fresh food! #winning
I placed an order for a short rib sandwich and received a 3 piece chicken and friesI prefer gong to this location because the store on miles is excellent however the traffic is so difficult to enter or exit I guess. I. Have to go to Miles again as far as the Lee rd location the rib sandwich that I usually always order the meat does seem to be not as fresh as the miles location however I do enjoy the ribs I’m always taking a chance.
I ordered 2wings/2ribs with a fish sandwhich plakn and what I got was 2 wings with feathers, raw ribs and a fish sandwhich with sauce when I said no sauce! I called and the manager said she personally fixed my order I asked you forgot to take the feathers of the wings and the rib bleeding and where is my pop she said the cashier forgot. I do not or will never advice anyone to eat at any B&Ms .. just terrible
I was expecting a great rib dinner, ordered a center rib and long ribs and got over cooked dry short rib dinner. The collards were to salty to eat. They can do better.
I used to love B&M’s good ribs and chicken. But over the last year the quality has taken a nose dive. Over cooked burned ribs hidden in sauce. Chicken wings that look like old baby bird wings. I ordered lunch today after coming from the polls to vote and ordered the “chicken rib combo at the Lee rd location. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I got the two baby bird wings and two rib bones. Everything was over cook and I had to toss the whole thing. That’s it for me!

I just want to know who is the owner because he need to step his game up and get some help. I seen many cars come and go out the line this will be the last time I come to this location. Food was good! I brought a friend from out of state. He had the chicken and ribs with sauce. He almost but his fingers off ?
