I got the unicorn cake for my baby from the lady. She’s friendly and saw we weren’t satisfied with cakes in the fridge. Then She found one we love in the kitchen. Thank you very much.

Sometimes ice cream scoops are quite small also the cake cones have been quite stale lately.. This store is very clean though staff is very nice
I am highly upset at the fact they ordered me and all nut fudge ice cream cake . This is not what I ordered. I slimply said fudge with the crunch in the middle . That’s all I cared about. I cut the cake and there is no crunch . Only ice cream and cake . I’m so upset . My children don’t eat nuts . So now I have a whole cake about to throw away . I see why people get upset and go back to the store and throw it in somebody face . Then want to say no refunds and it’s nothing they can do

Ordered a 1 scoop sundae. The scoop barely filled half the cup. Don't advertise a 1 scoop sundae that fills the cup if you're not going to fill it. The toppings were thrown on top all in a big mess. The hot fudge was caked to the side of the cup, not on top of the ice cream. Ordered Marshmallow topping and did not get any. Also, your pricing on DoorDash is insane - it says that to add sprinkles or any other topping, it's $9.70 each??? Is this supposed to be 97 cents? Fix your pricing. Called to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one in the building - I guess that explains the crappy sundae.
