Does one thing, but does it really well! We did a mochi and a Hong Kong (peanut butter and condensed milk drizzle) waffle, both were great. Crispy on the outside, but nice chew and subtle sweetness. Do yourself a favor and eat them there - they don't travel/door dash well because then they get soft.
Delicious spot for Hong Kong bubble waffle and other treats, located inside the Asia Plaza mall. I had the matcha ball ball waffle (with ice cream for extra decadence) and it was just the right amount of sweet.
The matcha mochi ball waffle was incredible, worth the $8. I liked getting to see the process of the waffle being made, and the options to get condensed milk or powdered sugar being added on top!

Delicious! We had the Hong Kong and Cookie Dough waffles and an egg tart. Highly recommend if you’re in the area - great service, reasonable prices, and delicious food.

Fantastic waffles with so many interesting flavor combinations! My husband loves the iced tea from here and he got the bacon and cheese waffle. So delicious and crispy and the sauce it comes with is so tangy and delicious! I am a fan of their drinks as well, the coffee is always so nice and fresh. My favorite waffles to get are just plain green tea or sometimes chocolate with mochi. Always a hit here, if I go to Park to Shop I have GOT to get my waffle!! I'm so glad they're there, also the owners are so so sweet!!!
Amazing. I have been wishing to find a place like this for months. Upon moving to Cleveland I was pretty sad about having failed to aquire a work visa in Hong Kong prior to the lock downs and prior to the political situation there. I went to the mall that is attached to Park to Shop and found Ball Ball. Upon entering I was met with a warm greeting and the owner asked me what Id like. I froze when I found the Hong Kong style waffle on the menu and he asked if i was interested. We got to talking about our love of hong kong snacks and he made me a perfect Hong Kong Waffle with Kong Kong Milk tea. It tasted as if it came straight from Mong Kok. Amazing. This shop is a treasure.
Wonderful!!! My family stopped here while in the area. I got the mochi mochi waffle and I loved the extra chewiness to the sweet delicious waffle. My cousin got the chocolate banana, and it was soooo good! The banana in each little bubble just melted in your mouth and was surrounded with chocolate goodness. I am looking forward to my next trip to try more!
Delicious! I never knew I needed ball shaped waffles in my life, but I'm happy I found out. We had Hong Kong style which is peanut butter and condensed milk and cookie dough chocolate. Both were light and fluffy, and the flavors came through without being overbearing. Highly recommend for a unique treat.
