The outdoor patio was a lovely surprise. Our friends had never eaten there and they enjoyed themselves. We missed the cornbread but the brisket and ribs were very good.

Enjoyed meal but disappointed because peach cobbler was advertised but not available on Tuesday .
Husband enjoyed the boneless pork chops-very tender and moist. I enjoyed the Lemon Chicken-would get baked potato next time instead of flavorless rice. Server was excellent. Main "event" of the evening was observing how another server handled a very demanding older woman customer who actually tried to walk into the kitchen and kept walking up to the server with multiple requests. She did not appear intoxicated. This server handled her very courteously and repeatedly asked her to return to her seat-which she eventually did. Kudos to all the staff-all excellent and experienced in these situations.
Ordered MKT value cowboy steak. Was 60 dollars. Very bland. Fiance didn't eat much of it. Had to take it home to properly season it. Said it has spices but was flavorless. My stuffed shrimp was fantastic. My son had a burger and he enjoyed it. My daughter had brisket Mac n cheese and she said it was good.
Having eaten at Austin's many times in the past, bot for lunch and dinner, this was one of the most enjoyable meals my wife and I have enjoyed. Our serever, whose name I do not know (my fauult) was great, vere pleasant and accommodating and the food was excellenct. It weas a very pleasant evenign after a somwhat "iffy" evening on the Saturday prior to Mother's Day.
Fatherâs Day dinner one night early. Husband enjoyed prime rib. I had beef tips. We didnât need take home boxes. Ate everything! Server was very pleasant and efficient. Have never had a bad experience at this restaurant.
