Its always something at this location. Their new excuse is they are understaff guess what start paying people and treating them like humans accordingly and maybe you will have a good crew. Stop being lazy and closing at earlier times.
Food was served. Did not get utensils. Asked for silverware. Got dirty silverware. 4 times. Was offered plastic silverware. For a steak. After several more sets of dirty silverware, finally was handed a "decent" set. I am done. Will never dine at this establishment again. A "restaurant " that cannot provide customers with clean silverware? I'm seriously thinking about calling about city health ordinances.
The waitress was absolutely wonderful. She suggested the grilled chicken and spinach bowl and it was wonderful. She made sure my client was comfortable and kept checking in on us as needed. The establishment was cleaned and no waiting. I will visit again around the afternoon more often.
Unfortunately, my Chicken Bourbon Shrimp, and Mash Potatoes were extremely overcooked. I personally, will not ever, ever go back again. I base my decision on, all my friends, have stated, each and every time, including, I myself.. This particular dish, is always cooked, incorrectly. When done right .
Customer service needs to be improved, today my mother and I decided to go out to eat. When we arrived the waiter skipped us, and seated other people before us. Even though we arrived first, when he came back he told us the wait time is 45 minutes to be seated.
Overall meal was good with good service. Good food at a good price pretty much you know what you're going to get when you visit here. Only negative couldn't get a table had to sit at bar. Family friendly.
Slow service despite not many customers. $20 per person for a dinner and shared appetizers. Restrooms were relatively unkept without towels or working hand dryer.
First we waited a while for service. But come to find out the guy who took our oder was also bartending. I salute to that. I ordered spinach artichoke dip and chips the chicken and shrimp dish and a half slab rib rack. Was pleased with everything but the ribs. They were to dry basically like sauced bricks. Will be visiting again will never order they ribs again. But the tender/server was great. Keep up the good job made me want his service whenever I do visit.
The drinks and food were good. Our waitress, Ramona was very friendly. She checked on us often.
The worse experience ever today when I placed my online order, who ever is answering the phones down there is literally yelling and screaming at customers. I called to check on my order and the lady was more than rude and cancelled my order. One min she tells me it’s out already but that may have not been the truth. I order from here usually but that employee will make me never wanna get food from that location again. It’s not Applebee’s fault but those employees definitely not upholding any of Applebees standards and should be addressed.
