We ordered a custom cake and it was great. The design was well done, exactly as the picture provided. On the flavor side, there was one small discrepancy, but it still tastes good. Great customer service overall.
I used to go to this place all the time when they were originally located in Tremont (years ago). I don't know what's happened since then but they have changed.Came back to Cleveland after 7 years away only to discover that their vegan/dairy-free options are now a 1 week pre-order (back in 2015 they carried a couple options in-store).Additionally, they used to carry low sugar options made with Splenda. When I called, the person who answered the phone either wasn't aware of that fact or straight up lied and claimed they "never" had those.Sad, this place used to be so great.
Awesome customer service!! Went and placed my sons 16th birthday cake order. While there the atmosphere was very welcoming and we felt very comfortable!! I cant wait to see how the cake turns out!!

Not only are these the best cupcakes I’ve ever had the owner is seriously the sweetest person I ever met. My mom loves the carrot cake cupcakes and gets them every year for her birthday. The pandemic made it hard for her to get out to have her favorite this year. Not only did she help make sure my mom got her favorite cupcakes she helped me order through Uber eats so I could have them delivered while I was at work. She left words of kindness and a lasting impression on my heart forever. If you’re still thinking about it you’re already too late ! Please buy from here ! 100 out of 5 for sure

Ordered a custom gluten free cake for my sister’s baby shower. I provided a picture and I have to say it was totally blown away by the results. Literally everyone was taking about how gorgeous the cake was!! We didn’t want to cut it open
Our photographer for my sons first birthday got his smash cake from A Cookie and A Cupcake and In short, it was gorgeous. I’m so thankful for the cake we got. The cake was decorated like a baseball with a football and basketball on top in fondant or modeling chocolate. The actual cake had beautiful piping and was even “weathered” with brown food coloring. I have celiacs, but my husband said the cake was very soft and delicious. Thank you SOOOO much.
