The staff was kinda rude I went yesterday for my birthday was offered a free birthday shot and never got it and the girl that was going to give it to me was gone never came off I guess she got off. I asked to buy a cup they were rude about it sold out of basically everything but the drinks were amazing and I love the environment and the look of the place it’s so cool I got two drinks
I came in on a Monday morning at 8:30am. I originally wanted a smoothie and they were "sold out" / didn't have anymore ingredients after the weekend. Then, I ordered a decaf coffee drink (I don't drink caffeine) and they don't carry decaf... which I feel is unheard of for a coffee shop. I ended up only ordering an SOS - Stack or Starve with bacon and took it to-go. it took 15 minutes for them to make it. Granted, I didn't eat it until an hour later - but it was decent. Slightly oily and there was very little fruit - but all in all, good. Giving them 2 stars because of the lack of drink options.

I want to thank the staff for always being so kind to everyone in the cafe, but especially my daughter and I. We went two days in a row and the service and food were both AMAZING. We met the sweetest human named Eleni while we were there and she made us feel so at home and SO special. Kindness like that should always be recognized. Thank you for such a great experience. We will be back very soon ❣️
Being a coffee drinker & a Mgk fan, I thought the experience was awesome really. The coffee was good! The style & feel on the place was on point. The females that worked this morning were nice & attentive but also gave u space to chill. Tons of photo spots. The merch marketing is on point!! Lastly, was in awe of the Kurt Cobain piece. Photo doesn’t do it justice!
Very cool coffee house / bar / restaurant...owned by MGK. Has a full coffee menu as well as food and a full bar with creative cocktails. Food menu had some variety and seemed pretty healthy. Service was nice and friendly. I went in the morning, but seems like it would be a cool place all day long. Will definitely be back to check out some more food and drinks!
Went early on a weekend morning. Only a few other customers at the time. Plenty of close by street parking at that time of day. Decor was simple but fun. Paid over $9 for a 16oz smoothie. Tried the waffles too. Food and drinks were good but nothing special or worth going out of your way.
Great service, amazing pepperoni flatbread I love the cups, charcoal infused drink was delicious, cute place, good atmosphere! Loved it! Definitely will be back
If you are visiting Cleveland THIS is the place I recommend the most. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We went here twice on a two day trip because of how good everything was. I am not even a coffee drinker and the diablo coffee had me 300% sold on coffee. The food is phenomenal, the staff is sweet, and the alternative seating gives this place an aesthetic unlike any other in the area. This is alternative heaven. Just bury me here in pink coffee please and thank you ⚰️
This place absolutely SLAPS. I flew in on an early flight from NJ, and had an issue checking into my room, was forced to work from this location but it may have been the best decision I made. The staff were super friendly, I had breakfast and a cappuccino, and both exceeded my expectations. This place gives off a such a good vibe, the interior design is stellar! I ordered lunch also as I was here for a few hours which was the Taco salad with Chicken and Jackroot, absolute FIRE, I mean nothing like I've ever tried before. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is a bucket list palce for sure! If you're nearby, this place is a must try.
