This place has mixed reviews for a reason. Food was very hit or miss. They were blasting music at 6:30pm on a Sunday and you couldnât hear the person across from you. Couldnât tell you who worked there and who didnât. If you donât get a patio spot youâre stuck inside and you get to look at an alley through a window. Table got 2 gin and tonics and both were just tonic water with lime. Place doesnât know if it wants to be a club, a bar, or a nice dinner establishment and somehow fails at all. Wonât be going again. Would give one star but a friend works here so I wonât be that mean.
We had a 12:30 pm Sunday Brunch reservation and we’re able to sit on their deck overlooking the Cuyahoga river. We had a wonderful meal, our server Cara was prompt, polite and pleasant. The service was outstanding, the food and beverages were enjoyed by our group. Great spot to hang out with a panoramic view of the river across from the Jacob’s Pavilion at Nautica. We will definitely go back.
They were short staffed and the food took a while but the food was worth the wait. Great Chicken Caesar Salad! My husband also loved his chicken club sandwich. We were hoping to sit outside but it was closed for a private party.
We had reservations for 4pm. Prior to going to a comedy show at 6pm. Once we tried to order drinks, we were told that all the âon tapâ beer was unavailable. Then we tried to order sushi, and were informed it wouldnât be available until after 5:30pm. Huge let down. One of the main reasons we chose this restaurant. They were also out of mashed potatoes. Server tried his best, he stated it was his first day serving. Overall service was âslowâ and so many options were unavailable. Honestly, not sure I would ever go back or recommend to anyone else.
Arrived on time 6:30 we were seated right away. Waiter came by gave us water but then never came back to our table. Even when my wife went to ask if waiter could come back to our table. The restaurant was not that busy and our waiter was servicing other tables. We finally left the restaurant after 40 minutes at 7:10 never having anyone check on us or taking our order. Worst service we have ever had from any restaurant. Terrible.
the reservations were for 8 at 630, arrived at 615 and was seated outside on the pavilion as requested. My server did such a great job but for the life of me I cant recall her name. Drinks were on time, food was yummy. We spent around $85 for two dinners and drinks. Watched this guy jump off the deck into the Cuyahoga....crazy
Love this place! The patio views are great! I went during brunch for my birthday & the pesto salmon was delicious! i can't wait to go back during dinner hours & try that menu next.
We were so excited to try this new patio on the river. It started well with a nice table, but then all this very loud, and horrible music started up at Jacob Pavilion across the river. We couldn't hear the server or have any conversation. Happy hour menu was decent but the noise ruined it for us. If you visit, it might be good to check out what's going to be playing at Jacob's. A good show would make this a prime patio, but a hideous band can ruin it.
Table of 10 and they had us in and out quickly for a concert. Food was great! Will return
Got great recommendations from our server Branden. Food came out relatively quickly and was tasty. Canât beat the location and we got to see a ridiculously big ship navigate a very small waterway. Very cool and great last night dinner in Cleveland.
