Great selection of beer, but it takes about 15-20 min to order a beer at the bar. Our food didn’t show up during the time that we both drank a beer, but they gave us the food to go to make up for the mistake. The bartenders are helpful, but there aren’t enough of them to support the traffic at the bar.
Father's Day 2022. Lunch before the Reds game. Yard House opens at 11a.m. and does not take reservations. We arrived a bit early, but there were 12 in our party, so we wanted to hopefully not wait long to get seated. We did have to wait till 11:30 to be seated when more wait staff was on duty to accommodate our size party. No problem. We just waited with a drink. Highly recommend the bloody Mary, spicy.Service was excellent. Food was very good. I had the pepper jack burger with fries. Our granddaughter who is gluten free, had a shrimp with rice noodles dish.We don't get downtown Cincinnati very often, but will definitely like to come back here to try more dishes.
The gluten free bun was so good I had to double check it was gluten free (fries pictured were not for me). Super delicious! Our server was so-so but someone else helped us with our issue and they were awesome.
We were going to a Reds game. We got to Yard House at 3:40. It wasn't crowded so I WAS SURPRISED I had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Waited for the food.WAITED for the check. I felt rushed even though we arrived in plenty of time before the game. The shift change at 4 p.m. was the reason given.
I walked in and was immediately comfortable. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. Food menu was very good. I chose the ribeye with shrimp add on. Amazing. Food was delicious and bar staff never left my drink empty. Beer and drink selection had something for everyone’s taste. Will definitely go back next time I am in Cincinnati.
Disappointing dinner. We had a party of 7 around 5pm, seated quickly but downhill from there. Half the table received their drinks, half of table got their drinks 15-20 minutes later. Food was even worse. Half the group got their food, then the next 3 got our food 30 minutes later and our 7th member of the party had to wait another 20 minutes for his. Very poor management from the kitchen, half our party was finished with their meal before the rest of us even got our food. I understand this is not the fault of our waitress, we asked to speak to the manager, he listened but barely acknowledged the problem and offered nothing in compensation. I expect better from a restaurant of this caliber.
Had fun being held hostage by server just so I could pay easily 1/5 stars. shouldn't take 25-40 mins to pay my bill. I will say some.. "some" of their food is top tier ALSO if you have a nut allergy buyer beware had a Ceasar salad and had some type of nut in it
Always great food, drink, and service. We had a couple great beers each. This time we had to be Spicy Tuna Stack because it is our favorite app! Then she had the Sesame-Crusted Ahi while I had the Stacked Turkey Club. Then we split the Bread Pudding. All tasted great, got out fast, and left stuffed! Our server was very good and helpful!
Spent about $80 Seriously I enjoyed my meal and the server just that the table was a lil dirty with crumbs and a few black handkerchiefs napkins we're on the floor under the table I almost slipped getting up because it was up under my feet as I slid out from the dining table but overall the meal was good on time not a long wait for seating or for food to be brung out. I'll definitely be back for my free appetizer so make sure to signed up for there email update on the order pad on your table thanks @yardhouse on banks bye the water go view by the Ohio river and reds stadium ?️ and Bengals stadium ?️✔️ out
Family of 5 ate here during Spring Break. It was pretty busy, so we hung out on the grass til we were buzzed. Local beers were very good. Staff was attentive and polite. Food was good. I had the French dip. So delish. Boys had pizza, burger and fries. Also very good. I would recommend this place if you are in the area for a ball game or visiting the museums.
