Delicious! I know a lot of people are complaining about prices, with Covid and a small business like this, I'm okay with it and do be aware of the 4% credit charge. They have a sign but they don't mention it to you. However, food is ON POINT! Chicken was super crispy, lo mein was awesome. I was sad they don't give a fortune cookie. But the noodles here are MASSIVE! Food was great, prices are comparable to others. I was happy. The man at the register was friendly, food came out quickly, hot, and yummy. Def will be back to this one.

Disgusting will never go there again they gave me over cooked non fresh food everything was bad tasting

There portions have gotten smaller but they keep rasing prices

I’ve been ordering from wok of China for years, and have always enjoyed the experience, the food, and the customer service. This past year though I’ve noticed their portions are getting smaller, and their prices are higher almost every time I go there. 2 weeks ago I made a somewhat large order, and everything was correct, but they charged my card 2 times, and when I tried to resolve this issue in person they first acted like I did something wrong. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice, I simply asked if I can get the 2nd charge credited back to my debit card. The woman at the counter said I have to call door dash, but I picked my order up myself. As she repeated “you call door dash” about 20 times I realized I’d have to dispute the charge through my bank, which took less then 5 minutes btw.I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars over many years, and all it took was a $56 mistake on their part, and I’ll never go back there again!

Extremely disappointed in Wok of China. We used to get food here occasionally but have preferred Dragon City on North Bend for years. Dragon City was closed today, so Wok of China it was. We ordered Garlic Broccoli, Vegetable Chow Mein with Tofu, two Egg Rolls, and Subgum Vegetable Soup. According to the menu currently on their website (as of November 2021), the total for this without tax (and adding $1 for the tofu) should have been $18.35. They charged us $27.30, and since they gave my husband no receipt, we have no idea why.Beware credit card users: there is a sign at the cash register saying they charge 4% if you use a credit card. Since we get 5% cash back on food purchases, this fee negates most of the benefits. (I should note that this fee would add 73 cents to our total, so there are still dollars unaccounted for.) Whether or not you use cash back credit cards, this alone is worth going somewhere else. I should also note that this fee was not communicated to us over the phone before we took the time to drive there and pick our food up.It is such a shame that they overcharged us in two different ways, because the garlic broccoli was phenomenal. However, considering the untrustworthy nature of this last transaction, we will never again buy food at Wok of China. If you decide to risk it, please do yourself a favor and triple-check your order and demand a receipt: you might be overcharged.Edit: We have since tried resolving the overcharge with Wok of China. My husband printed out their menu from their current website and took it down there to show them the discrepancies. They refused to give him a receipt (again), and told him that they know the menu on their website is incorrect (they blamed it on a third party). They also refused a refund of the discrepancy. They showed him a menu they claimed was correct, but it did not have most of the things we ordered on it save for the egg rolls, so we're not sure why they took our order from the old menu to begin with. We ended up filing our first-ever dispute with our credit card company over this and our issue was finally resolved. This whole experience was horrific. Please be careful with your money going here.

Customer service is terrible. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. And this is not the first time she's been rude. I will not be back and suggest that others find a place that's more welcoming

The food is great and big portions very friendly and acomadating staff they put sauces in containers that you can actually dip your wontons in however a little pricey a dinner sized Hunan pork and 6 cream cheese fried wonton set me back 15.00 and yes it was 15 even I'm not rounding up I can't say I didn't get my money worth but for carry out if I were dinning in maybe where I typically go that meal is 11.75 I can't say I won't return cause of the prices but it will definitely be a convenience factor As the reason for this visi

Very nice people?

Food and portion sizes were excellent

This place is great. Recently i did notice when ordering their egg rolls i get a spring roll instead. Pretty disappointing because i used to look forward to them they were exactly what i wanted from an egg roll. Now i don't order them. I like spring rolls but those particular ones i do not enjoy. Other than the small change in "egg rolls" i love this place and always have. Food is always fresh and delicious and they don't have that overly funky taste almost dirty that some other restaurant's have. Great selection of ice cold drinks in the fridge you can add to your order. Could use a little beauty work but for the most part they take care of the place. If you order there and don't enjoy it i don't know what to tell you.
