Went to the this restaurant with my brother for my birthday and man was it w great surprise outing. Matthew came out and without me knowing gave me a great birthday welcome and got my brother and my spirits up for the evening. Always kept checking in on us and making sure we were doing alright. 10/10 service from Matthew and will definitely be back!
Wow, what a great restaurant. Wings and fries were mediocre, but the excellent service more than made up for it. Matthew O has to be one of the best servers in the biz. Always kept my drinks full and spirits high. I’ll be back for mo, Moe!
I absolutely love coming here the food is amazing and the service is high quality. The host aleia made the experience very quick and easy she is very personable and attentive. Her customer service skills and her smile and communication helped a lot while waiting for our food to be prepared. I will Definitely be back !!!
Absolutely love the atmosphere and the service is top tier. Stopped in for a late dinner and the service was nothing short of great. Had the pleasure of being helped by Aleia, who in which was amazing. She had great communication, was very helpful and respectful. It was truly a pleasure to have her as a hostess
This was a backup plan because the Mexican restaurant across the street was packed on a Friday night. Popped in here for a bite. Fairly empty so I was seated right away. Daniel was my server. I ordered a tea and it came out quick. Got the black and blue burger. It came out fairly quick but that's the end of the good. Burger was over cooked and the grease made it so soggy that the buns melted away. Daniel brought another top but that's where all the blue cheese was. Burger was way over cooked.had 7 small potato wedges . As I finished my burger I waited for Daniel to return. Waited waited and waited some more. I had every intention of ordering desert but after 35 minutes and a empty glass I decided I better get going since I have a early flight in the morning. When I finally got my check Daniel just seemed annoyed when I mentioned being done with everything for more than 30 minutes. I definitely understand why everyone is across the street now.
My fave wing place by far and a definite pick me up after a long week!!!! Savanna, our waitress for the evening was absolutely amazing. She’s great at having small talk and my fiancé and I had a good laugh. Will definitely be back when she’s working again, hoping to be seated with her for sure.
Wings are cooked to perfection and they are crispy. The staff ensures they are well sauced. On my visit we were sat at a booth that was too small and the table hadn’t been cleaned, but our server listened and agreed to relocate us. From this moment forward we were able to enjoy!
Accommodated us with a larger table to allow our granddaughter to play while we waited for our order. Food was good as always. Service was quick. Not crowded. Lots of TV's.
Zack, Zach, Zak….I don’t know how he spells his name. Don’t really care. He bartended for my friend and I tonight and was *chefs kiss*, fantastic. He’s charismatic, funny, and kept my drink full the entire time. He’s the type of bartender that is a chameleon, he can give each and every customer the best service based on what he senses they need. It’s a great quality to have in the industry. I hate writing reviews but I always do when a bartender makes me feel more than welcome to a place I have never been to. I’ll 100% be back.
Much more breading than what I'm used to from other locations. Asked for extra sauce and not only does it seem they missed that, there was barely any sauce on them at all. Beechmont location has been much better from my experience.
