Warning for take-out, you’re better off ordering it there to go. Every single time I order on the app, it’s missing something from the order. I usually catch it before I leave. The other issue with take-away using the app is timing. It gives you an estimate time, but sometimes they’re able to finish it quicker, but you’re not told it’s done early. So you’ll get an order home for the family $50-60 and all the food is cold because it sat out on a counter for an untold amount of time before you got it. Then after all that you find it missing something it’s enough for you to write a horrible review. You call the store and all they can do is offer an apology and credit the missing food back to the card. Shame to because they have great wings and love the blue cheese.
We had great service from our waiter Justin R. He was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Food was fantastic and brought out in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you love wings!
My boyfriend and I had dinner here last night and our experience was awesome! Justin was our server, and it was so refreshing to have someone so nice and attentive to us! I would recommend their Korean BBQ wings and their Ghost Pepper Ranch Burger if you like some spice in your life!!
Sat at the bar today and Sarah was a my bartender, she was very friendly and energetic and made me feel very welcomed. Food came out hot and fresh! Management came by and checked on me and made sure my visit was the best and it was! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family how friendly the staff was. I will be back very soon..
I had an excellent experience today with my family. The server Amanda was very attentive and checked in on our table frequently. She made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were full the entire time. So personable made our day. We will all be back!
Every time I walk up to the Bar I’m greeted by either Rachel, Sarah or Kacie. They know what I like to Drink and on most visits like to eat, Ranchero Tots seems to run out quickly. I appreciate the way I’m treated, I’m in Customer Service and this is what I look for in Team Members. Thank you.
Gotta love the friendly atmosphere and cold beer. Family’s favorite Hangout. Not to mention best wings in town.
Sarah, gives the absolute best service out of any restaurant I go to regularly. She shows so much passion for her job while always smiling and always making sure everyone is happy with their visit! She's a rockstar
Used to love coming here but the lazy generation has taken over. It took longer than 2 minutes to be greeted by a server. We ate some of our appetizer which was the buffalo nachos and the chips were still soggy. Finished our waters and the waitress walked by to sit down with the other servers in a booth by the kitchen. Unacceptable to be sitting while on the clock if you ask me. There's always things to be done and catch up on. No 2 minute/ 2 bite check back to see if we were enjoying anything. Also, very upset to see most of your employees hanging out on their phones including 2 carry out specialists and the host. Not to mention they are walking around the restaurant with their nose in their phones. Customers are always watching especially when they don't feel taken care of. No manager in sight to voice these frustrations. ?
I loved this place when it first opened. Food and service used to be fantastic. I have not had a great experience since. I have not received friendly service or even halfway decent food. Several of my past orders have not been correct. Wrong food items. Missing half my order. Someone bagged my food so poorly, everything was lost on the seats and floor of my car. Trying to get any compensation is a waste of time. I've been told no multiple times when asking for a refund. This clearly shows that the customer does not come first. I tried to give them a chance but I will not be going back to this location.
