Management really needs to do something about their kitchen staff, especially the ones who like to harass their teenage wait staff. The fact that a young woman informed management of harassment and management brushed her off as her complaint meant nothing shows me what kind of people are running this establishment. I've informed my family, friends, and have published on my Social Media what kind of place this is. We will never stop and have anything to eat again here. Also the last time I was there, my wings were under-cooked and the tables were greasy. I believe this constitutes a call to the Board of Health. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and whomever else I can. Treat your staff better, especially the young ladies you have working there.
Well today 05/08/2022 MOTHER'S DAY I decided to visit the Harrison Ave location of Wild Mike's, a location that I have been to hundreds of times. Today I went in and sat at the counter like I always do when I want to make a carry-out order. Today when I got there it was around 4:00 and there were 9 waitresses standing around behind the counter talking to each other. I sat at the counter until 4:30 when I decided to leave in disgust, because I sat there for 30 minutes and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE said a word to me , said hello or asked if I wanted to pickup and order or anything. So after 30 minutes I decided to just get up and walk out and write this review and then tomorrow call management to make a complaint. This is no way for 9 waitresses who are standing around doing nothing to treat a customer. Come on management step up and get your employees back inline.Thank you
This place has lots of potential but was disappointing. Our waitress never came back to take our order after getting our drinks so I had to go find someone to take our order. The sauce was great but the boneless wings just tasted (and looked) like overcooked frozen chicken tenders. I also got a to-go Diet Coke that I was regular coke. Wings are good. I don't think the claim of their hot level being very hot as claimed on the menu. My wife was able to eat some of mine and the highest she'll usually go is medium. I went with the Mike's Mix on sauce this time.
We love this place! Great food, and service. Had the half # mushroom swiss burger thru the garden. Hot and juicy. Onion rings were warm with slight batter. Yum-yum
Best wings in town hands down! We never have a bad or even mediocre experience. Always a great experience. The only complaint I have is that we have to drive over here from Fairfield(you guys need a fairfield location!) They also allow lawful carry which is a HUGE bonus.

Outstanding wings and salads. Service was fantastic. My only complaint is there Saratoga chips are like cardboard.
