Traditional/thin crust pizza was OK but nothing special. Crust was very similar to that of Larosa's in terms of texture and flavor. Sauce was the main weakness--no flavor to speak of. Regardless of whether you prefer a spicy sauce, an acidic/tangy sauce, or a sweet plum tomato flavor... none of those apply. Toppings were what you'd see anywhere else. So, a pizza of similar quality to what you'd expect from a chain but with premium prices ($22 for a large three-topping).Staff was friendly and quick at pickup.

My first time at this pizza joint. Looked at the menu ahead of time and couldn't decide on what to get, so I got a little bit of everything! I got the grilled chicken and veggie pizza, bread sticks with the sauce and OMG CHEESECAKE. I really appreciate that the chicken is real chicken breast and all the veggies were fresher than the bigger joints. Sauce was good also... Do y'all make it or buy it? I normally don't like red sauce for my bread sticks, but that was scrumptious. Can't mess up a cheesecake hehe.Shout-out to all the customers and staff navigating a hopscotch sized parking lot to get some good grub here. Also, there's a smiley delivery driver that met me upon arrival. Made my day ? she's a ray of awesome ?

This pizza place is delicious! First time coming in for take out and I have to say we will be back for more. The cashier was very nice and kind. Even though I didn't eat in but the place looks very clean. The pizza we order was a supreme, it had Lots of flavor, and the size was very generous, I could only eat one slice. So this is a must try my Cincinnati pizza eaters.

My daughter took me out to eat here and I decided to get something besides pizza just on a whim. I got their steak Hoagie with pizza sauce and I do wish it had been better. It was hot and crusty but it was Bland. Maybe I just didn't know the correct toppings to request. The dining room was crowded which is a good thing but our table seem to be compressed between the other diners.

Love this place, Got a Chicago stuffed on Friday, First time I was displeased with the pizza. Really no cheese to speak of and very little sauce on top. also crust was very hard to get through. I will chalk it up to just a bad one got out.

Former employee 07' to 10'. I see a couple opportunities.I was handed my hot food while the young lady went to make my salad. This allowed the food to cool off at a higher rate. Also, on your busiest day of the year (if Feb.14th is still the case?), you could train all employees how to answer the phones and put someone on hold. I called earlier in the day to avoid the clog, but the staff seemed stressed by its constant ringing and several employees just walked past the phone. There were plenty of toppings on the pizza & cheese on the breadsticks! The Creamy garlic dressing was a dream per usual! I love their food at Werk Haus!

The beer was flat; the food was nothing to write home about. Ordered a steak hoagie with mushroom sauce (on menu it said it came with chips). We got a steak on bun with "some sauce" and a pickle spear on the side. The driest hoagie I ever had and no chips-found out that it would a dollar extra and the menu was wrong!!! Needless to say not a very good visit. However, the servers were nice.

Great food! Attentive staff. Good value and tastes AMAZING

ok right off the bat i walk in and there's animatronics everywhere. they offered me a job for the night shift to watch the animatronics and especially one named freddy. they said he gets quirky at night. so i took the job since i'm always looking for some extra cash. when i tell you those animatronics are alive i mean it. freddy fazbear jump scares me at night not even trolling. then jack black comes in and starts singing too (real) and i don't know what to make of it. other than that pizzas good.

I took my best friend here for dinner. He had never been, but I've been many times. On the way there I told how delicious the pizza is. After tasting it he completely AGREED! The most difficult part is figuring which part of the pie is the best. The crust is just right, the cheese so good, the sauce on top robust and flavorful. When it all comes together it's magic!!
